Very rude and nasty people. Yelling at customers over the phone. Dirty too.
Rude manager/owner repeatedly asked for my service dog's "paperwork". There is no such thing. She refused to look up ADA laws to confirm what she was asking is illegal, and continued asking and making sarcastic comments. We've been coming there, my service dog and I for over 5 years. Even after y'all started being stingy with the meat and cheese on the nachos. After reading how the reviews online are talking, I would think treating customers respectfully would be more of a priority.
