“Have gone to this place a few times within a few months and have loved it each time. Our first time, more notably, was met with an incredible experience in hospitality and service. The food was amazing, and (contrary to some people on here apparently) adequately portioned. The kind man who made our delicious drinks even brought us napkins and water cups without hesitation. Looking forward to the next time we're able to visit.“

“We have been going there for years and food has always been great. None of the Americanized garage, it's traditional. The only downside is that they are busy and therefore they attemt to take care patrons quickly, without much chitchat. Secondly, some of the staff are limited in speaking English. So,sometimes they have difficulty answering questions, although they are always accommodating. But that's part of the authentic charm. They are also well accepted by the community, even the Waterford police eat their lunches there regularly.“

It took me a good twenty minutes to find the place because there was NO signage! My Lassi was warm and the rice was cold. Luckily the lamb was hot enough to warm the rice. I will definitely order again because the food was so good, but seriously, no sign?!“

“The Orion Grill has become a positive addition to our neighborhood. The. chefs are far above other places near us. There is no place better for miles around for breakfast. Outdoor eating is a treat. Though the reason for the occasion was a somber one, the Game Room was perfect in atmosphere, size, amenities, and decor! Food was top notch, service superior with our 2 bartenders who kept dishes clear and beverages flowing. Erin, the manager was a jewel to work with! She answered questions and offered suggestions and took every phone call with grace and sincerity. They recently helped us with dinner for our Clarkston Jr. Wolves JV Grey Mom/Son football night and the entire experience absolutely blew me away.

From the very beginning, the manager I worked with was incredibly kind, helpful and genuinely excited to help make the night special for our families. He went so far above and beyond what I ever expected and that kind of generosity and customer service deserves to be recognized.

The food was fantastic, everything was prepared perfectly and they took incredible care of a whole lot of hungry football players and their moms/families! But more than anything, it was the way we were treated that stood out to me. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about the community they serve and I walked away from this experience with so much respect for this location and its team.

This is exactly the kind of local business I want to support.

“I can’t recommend this Menchie’s enough! The staff here are truly the best, they are always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely make every visit a great experience. From the moment I walk in, they greet me with a smile and treat me like family. Their customer service is exceptional, and it’s clear they care about every person who comes through the door.
The frozen yogurt always tastes incredibly fresh, and the toppings are well-stocked and delicious. The store is also spotless every time I visit, which says a lot about how much pride they take in their business.
There are other Menchie’s locations much closer to my home, but I choose to drive to this one every time because I know I can trust them. I know I’ll receive amazing service, a clean environment, and great-quality frozen yogurt with every visit.
