“We went to Bitter Tom’s for my birthday last night. Not only were the food & drinks amazing-especially the feta spinach dip. But the service was PHENOMENAL. Our waiter was Joe, he even joined us in eating the birthday cake we brought! And another waitress, Alyssa, was so friendly & helpful with my cake. She put it in the cooler, got candles for me, lit them, cut the cake, & helped box it back up. All without being asked or being our server. I was astounded. Perfect experience & i could not recommend more!“

So many compliments on the food - I did classic sliders, chicken tenders and Texas toast. The owner, managers and staff were all so easy to work with and they even delivered the order for free. Didn’t even know this was an option but SO helpful!!!“

Our server, didn't catch her name was awesome, not a single complaint and nothing but anything positive to say about her. We dined in on 7/11/26 and were led to a section where there was a group made primarily of kids (def out#ed kids to adults or seemed that way) which seems odd for a brewery, yes grif makes amazing food and they dont want to exclude anyone from enjoying theyre amazing brew and food but like dang... as a parent maybe rethink where you're taking your kids. I really would rather not hear your velocorapters screeching as they run around yer tables as you speak of nothing of importance... thats kinda mean and I meant it... not deleting it.

Our server was awesome, sorry I dont remember her name, brunette with ponytail. Prolly not gonna help. She was awesome. Helped source a fifth of the flying buffalo bourbon and a thing of doppel gangger. Again everything was awesome, truf burger was cooked to med like a pro. Flavor was outstanding. Staff outstanding. Great experience.

So much meat and the best flavors. A little bummed you have to pay extra for any dressing to go with the wings. My only real complaint is that the last two times I tried to place an order online using the app, I picked everything I wanted and when I clicked continue or cart to finish the order, the app told me the location was closed. So I had to call in and place the order, since I knew they were open.“

“On Oct 21, 2026, My friends mom and I visited your establishment for lunch. Due to a recent fall and health issues, I had my seated 4 wheel walker with me.( I am 60, and my friend 79). Ava, a beautiful, friendly, and very customer oriented server/hostess went above and beyond to accommodate my physical incapacitated afflictions. She directed us to a booth since my concern was sitting on hard chairs due to my injuries. I didn't want my walker to inconvenience any traffic flow, and Ava immediately offered a close location out of staff and customers way yet within reach for me to retrieve. My first visit back to Olive Garden is once again memorable. The ordering suggestions that Ava made to keep myself within budget were superb. My guest and I enjoyed the soup, the salad, the bread sticks and shared an appetizer of the 5 meatballs. Top Notch delicious food as always, yet, our hostess/server made it extra special. For her age, it is so nice to see someone who enjoys their job, makes customers feel special, and checks on them with that continuously smiling, friendly, genuine attitude. She needs to be recognized for the valued employee she is! As a nonpaid reviewer, I acknowledge and promote services and the people who stand out. Positive recognition deserves to be acknowledged. “Every time I come to this location I get the best Food and Service! The First time coming here I just done traveling and eating here was a great idea to end my trip!Second time was as good the first,even got some time to read my book. Third time I just got done at the Renaissance faire and wanted to enjoy unlimited soup and salad. Be careful though while I was waiting for a table a couple reserved a table online but the app was not showing there reservation.The Salad was amazing and I recommend the Minestrone soup! My waitress was amazing and sadly I didn't get her name otherwise I would have given her a shout out. With that said if you are in the area definitely give this Olive Garden a visit.“
