“We went to Bitter Tom’s for my birthday last night. Not only were the food & drinks amazing-especially the feta spinach dip. But the service was PHENOMENAL. Our waiter was Joe, he even joined us in eating the birthday cake we brought! And another waitress, Alyssa, was so friendly & helpful with my cake. She put it in the cooler, got candles for me, lit them, cut the cake, & helped box it back up. All without being asked or being our server. I was astounded. Perfect experience & i could not recommend more!“

“Had the Rochester Happy Hour (2-6 p.m.) French bread pizza, sans pepperoni. This was a good tavern type of pizza. This was all about the house made marinara sauce, WOW, packed a punch and so tasty with a hint of garlic. The cheese was not oily and the bread made the bite light. Two pies ❁ ❁ exceptional flavors, charming brewery clubhouse, I would make a special effort to come again. They also brew their own beer, well over 20 beers on draft. Our 3 tier cake had white raspberry, chocolate and lemon and the cake is tender and light as well as the frosting. Our guests enjoyed the cake too. Also, you have to try Amy's cinnamon rolls!“

The coach, Josh, was absolutely fantastic and helpful. We had a blast. The food was great. We’ll definitely be back. Prices were reasonable and the building is spacious. Even being somewhat busy on a Saturday, it didn’t feel crowded.“

“The Orion Grill has become a positive addition to our neighborhood. The. chefs are far above other places near us. There is no place better for miles around for breakfast. Outdoor eating is a treat. The wait staff is professional. We plan to take friends to dinner tonight and know everyone will enjoy dinner.“

“I eat here often as the food is very good. Pro tip- add the sumac seasoning-it’s amazing! Be sure to check sizes though. I usually get a soup and most the time the larger size is filled a little more than half. (But you pay for the “larger” version) I also add on a 2 oz fattoush dressing- which I pay for- and it’s half full most the time.“

“Long wait to get food, but the service was friendly. Interior is deli style with two display cabinets display counter and a fridge for helping yourself to a drink. The corner sells local products including T-shirts. There is a small seating area outside of you want to stay and enjoy your purchase. The food was delicious, but I think I ended up with someone else's bagels. I was looking forward to trying one of the three cherry bagels I ordered, but only received one and gave it to a friend. My entrée of chicken alfredo with broccoli seemed like they forgot to actually put the Alfredo sauce on the noodles (see picture), so that was disappointing; however the grilled chicken slices on that entrée were good.“

“Been coming here for years. Food is great. Always get the soup, salad, and breadsticks. Can’t go wrong with that. I have ONE complaint though. It is a waiter whose name is BUCK (I think). He’s got a southern accent (or sounds like it). This man has been there for years. He is rude & condescending. He said to me and my family when I asked him if my son could have a glass instead of a kid’s glass, Buck said “Last time I checked, it was all over the table.” First off, I had no idea what he was talking about. Wrong customer he’s talking about, not us. Second, you don’t talk to customers that way regardless. And then we came back a few months later, and we were stuck with Buck again. We asked him about something that used to be on the menu and if they still served it and he said “Never heard of it.” We have witnesses him giving the same treatment to other customers as well. How this man has stayed employed this long I’ll never understand.“
