“We went to Bitter Tom’s for my birthday last night. Not only were the food & drinks amazing-especially the feta spinach dip. But the service was PHENOMENAL. Our waiter was Joe, he even joined us in eating the birthday cake we brought! And another waitress, Alyssa, was so friendly & helpful with my cake. She put it in the cooler, got candles for me, lit them, cut the cake, & helped box it back up. All without being asked or being our server. I was astounded. Perfect experience & i could not recommend more!“

I read they had vegan ice cream and I was excited, when we arrived I found out it was dole whip, my children were still happy as they love any sweet treats but I was a little disappointed that it wasn’t more of an “ice cream” vibe“

This was all about the house made marinara sauce, WOW, packed a punch and so tasty with a hint of garlic. The cheese was not oily and the bread made the bite light. Two pies ❁ ❁ exceptional flavors, charming brewery clubhouse, I would make a special effort to come again. They also brew their own beer, well over 20 beers on draft. “We tried axe throwing on vacation several years ago. We saw The Hub while on I-75 and decided to stop by and do it again. Surprisingly, we were able to get a time slot pretty quickly. The coach, Josh, was absolutely fantastic and helpful. We had a blast. The food was great. We’ll definitely be back. Prices were reasonable and the building is spacious. Even being somewhat busy on a Saturday, it didn’t feel crowded.“

Take Sushi is the american melting pot’s version of Japanese izakaya. Intimate, friendly and humble with exceptional food that remains consistent for years. An evening trip to take sushi means you are often sitting shoulder to shoulder, it means dim lights, the faint sound of korean music, and of course, excellent food. The sushi is phenomenal, the hot dishes punch way above their class, and the soups worth a try if you are in the mood for something unique. The atmosphere feels unlike any other establishment in Michigan. It feels lived-in, cozy and authentic, there is little modern influence and that is a good thing. If Take Sushi is anything, it is comforting. This is evident by the near constant “How have you been?” between the staff and each patron who walks in. “The Orion Grill has become a positive addition to our neighborhood. The. chefs are far above other places near us. There is no place better for miles around for breakfast. Outdoor eating is a treat. I usually get a soup and most the time the larger size is filled a little more than half. (But you pay for the “larger” version) I also add on a 2 oz fattoush dressing- which I pay for- and it’s half full most the time.“

“I noticed the all-you-can-eat promotion but knew I wouldn’t eat that much, so I went with a smaller plate instead. I ordered the cheese tortellini with Alfredo and chicken, but it was disappointing. There wasn’t enough sauce, and the flavor was off, way too salty. The chicken didn’t taste great either, and I wasn’t even given the option to choose grilled chicken. The breadsticks were just average.

I’ve seen better feedback on their red sauce dishes, so maybe those are a safer choice. I was also let down that they don’t offer pesto or cacio e pepe, which are usually my go-to options.“

“Long wait to get food, but the service was friendly. Interior is deli style with two display cabinets display counter and a fridge for helping yourself to a drink. The corner sells local products including T-shirts. There is a small seating area outside of you want to stay and enjoy your purchase. The food was delicious, but I think I ended up with someone else's bagels. I was looking forward to trying one of the three cherry bagels I ordered, but only received one and gave it to a friend. I guess I will have to go back for another attempt. Small local owned business that is well known on the community.“

My recommendation is to always add extra cheese, no matter the other toppings as the standard amount of cheese is not quite adequate for my family’s taste. Give it try. I think you will agree. I can also highly recommend the pasta bolognese. An underrated dish on the menu.“

“Great value for the money. Well priced. I ordered the Endless Soup, Bread, and Salad Lunch meal for less than $11:00. Choice of 4 types of soup. My favorite was Pasta e Fagioli which was a delicious red and white bean soup with pasta - delicious. With this deal you get to try 4 different soups. My partner tried the Lasagna and was well pleased. Good bang for the buck, this is much better deal than burger, fries, and a drink! I will be visiting more often.“

So today, I did the Pick Two option, and in addition to my half of a Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich, I added a bowl of Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup. It was also nice that when I asked for water, she provided me with a cup, free of charge, to fill at the drinking station.

“Rochester Mills is a great place to meet upnwith friends or family. The food and beer are great as far as pub food. The service is always nice, but frequently casual/slow. If you are in a hurry, I would recommend letting the server know. The restaurant is large and can accommodate a big group.“
