This location consistently doesn’t make my drink right, will forget food or not give me the correct food. The last time I was inside waiting, some of the employees were TELLING the customers that we should boycott Starbucks over the issues in Gaza and go to Biggby, and that Biggby has better coffee.

I sent my mobile order when I was parked just outside their entrance door, then went inside by their mobile order pickup counter. Been standing there for good 35 or so min & my order was never made! On top of that, nobody was wearing name tags so I couldn't identify the names with incompetent service, nor give credit to the couple staff who deserved it. On top of that, this is the most terrible location of Starbucks I've ever had the misfortune of going!For the price I've paid, this Starbuck is the pits! - from location, food, staffs all the way DOWN to service. Do not go to this location! You will end up upset!Tip? A PENNY INSIDE THEIR CLASS CONTAINER!

It’s great that Waterford finally has a drive through Starbucks. The issue with this location is they frequently get my order wrong, an ice coffee with coconut milk and no sweetner. The first time they messed up I was like whatever they just opened and are busy. On 3/2 I ordered the same thing and asked for it to be remade because there was sweetner in it. They refused saying it was the milk. I get the same order every location I go to and this is the only one where the milk tastes like 6 pumps of simple syrup were added.

This is the WORST Starbucks around. The staff is so incredibly rude, it's dirty and it's like they play music for deaf people. If I was the store manager or district manager I would highly consider taking a step back on who you have employed there and clean house if needed because your current employees are ruining your store. You hear nothing but horrible things about this place and I can confirm that all the horror stories of this particular store are true.

Starbucks refuses to put their prices on their online menu because they know their prices are ridiculous. Just another greedflation company price gouging their customers under the fake veil of inflation. Expect to spend $25 on a small, way over priced, average meal.
