“This Starbucks is always so busy and unfortunately there is not enough staff due to the situation most businesses are dealing with right now because of covid. But, Barb and everyone at the window for the drive thru is so kind and friendly. Definitely my favorite Starbucks! :)“

“10/10 first time trying there breakfast bagel sandwich with a cheddar bagel with sausage, egg and cheese. Very good the eggs was nice and fluffy. Easy to call a head and the girl up front was so nice. Would definitely recommend and this is my new favorite bagel shop!“
“I mean, it's Starbucks. Either you love it or hate it. It's not Pike Place, but it has all the same fare. The egg bites are a good go to as is the peppermint mocha. This particular store is in a great location and has plenty of space. Their fireplace finishes off the ambiance. Open a laptop and study or meet a colleague and enjoy the club chairs while you have a chat.“
“My Mom and I go to this Starbucks location three times a week right before she goes to dialysis near by. A couple of the ladies recognize us, remember our order and are always very pleasant. I wish I knew their names, I’d love to give them a shout out and I’ll edit this review once I get their names. One of them recognized us by voice after many months of the COVID shut down in 2020 which blew my mind. That’s a very busy location and for her to remember us like that and say she missed seeing us blew our minds. The other employees are nice too. It’s a good crew!My only complaint is too much ice in my mango dragonfruit lemonade when I ask for very light ice. It’s still a 1/4-1/2 the venti cup which is a lot. Especially when you pay so much for the drink.“
“They were very busy they young lady at the window I believe her name was Mariyah handled it all very well her computer malfunctioned etc & she remained calm and professional also kept a smile on her face while dealing with it also she was very gorgeous great location with great employees also another girl made a sandwich by mistake and instead of throwing it away offered it to me I would give them 10/10 if I could thanks for the awesome service!!!!“

“Came in during the 8 inch blizzard today, got a large order of coffee and donuts for my colleagues. The service was kind, quick, and pleasant. The store, while sharing a wall and hallway with the gas station next door, is clean and well kept. The card reader accepts tap-to-pay as well! Parking is snug but there's a drive thru to compensate for the minimal space due to gas pumps.“
“We had the mango cloud cake slice, blueberry cloud cake slice, tiramisu latte, and the honey lavendar latte. All were amazing and 10/10. The cake wasn't too sweet but instead a more subtle taste (my favorite), tasted like the actual fruit in its name, and had the fruit in it. The honey lavendar has a stronger taste of sweetness and lavendar. Get it iced. The tiramisu latte we got hot and it was also not sweet and a more subtle tiramisu taste. The cake slices were $6-$7 a slice. The lattes $5-$5.50. Reasonable prices. The service was great. There is a nice seating area inside and outside. Our favorite cafe/bakery place in Troy. Will come again.“
