This Starbucks seems to focus more on the drive thru customers than the customers who come inside. Also I hope they get more seating inside this store.
Heartfelt shout out to Sloan! I am patient here because the crew stays busy and they hustle! Sloan noticed I was lingering a bit too long and quickly realized there was a problem with my order, unbeknownst to me. In Rockstar fashion she fixed everything in a flash, offered a sincere apology, and I was on my way! Thank you, Sloan! You provide top-notch customer care which is so appreciated. -Mel
You can have a good experience as long as you're prepared for either 1. extremely sweet baristas or 2. a thousand yard stare from baristas when you speak to them. In the end, you get your order. The parking lot can be a nightmare. Park farther away for your sanity.
