I mean, it's Starbucks. Either you love it or hate it. It's not Pike Place, but it has all the same fare. The egg bites are a good go to as is the peppermint mocha. This particular store is in a great location and has plenty of space. Their fireplace finishes off the ambiance. Open a laptop and study or meet a colleague and enjoy the club chairs while you have a chat.

I ordered my daughter a drink on the mobile app and it said it was ready. My daughter was sitting at the Starbucks when I got up there and it wasn’t ready when I went up to the counter to ask what was the status of the drink the girl named Naomi said it’s not ready. I clearly could see that it wasn’t ready. I wanted to know when it would be ready. Then she proceeds to tell me she doesn’t have a ticket for it even though I ordered the drink, she was rude. Didn’t seem to care that my daughter was gonna be late for school and didn’t care that the drink wasn’t there she then said oh it must’ve been taken by someone else. I had ordered a lemon loaf and a coffee. My coffee was done before my daughters drink when I went to get a refund for the lemon loaf and the coffee because I didn’t realize my coffee was done. She yelled to the cashier she can just get a refund for the lemon loaf since she already has her coffee. She was very unpleasant and very rude .

I come here every morning to get coffee for my 88-year-old father and the staff is amazing!! Everyone is in a great mood, you get your coffee very quick, and they are incredibly friendly.

Terrible service. Four gals behind the counter: one was working her butt off, the other three spent more time and focus on chatting together than doing their job. Had to ask the status of my order to be told they are all backed up - and then she turned around to find a tray of sandwiches waiting for her to distribute! Do what you are paid to do, ladies!

Twice I’ve gone in this store and there has been a large dog inside. This dog is not a service dog. This is a pet. I am highly allergic to dogs, even ones that are hypoallergenic. Plus, it’s disgusting to have an animal where people are eating and drinking. When I said something the second time, the young man said, “I believe you but I can’t see him.” That was that. I come from a family of restaurant owners and never, ever would this be allowed. The arrogance and self entitlement of this gentleman is astounding and the workers letting it happen is good enough reason to go elsewhere. Starbucks are everywhere.

The workers are emotional and act like everything is such a stress on them. They also are rude when you order and ask them for (extra cinnamon) after your order is complete. I guess they only have two workers...

I hereby nominate the Starbucks employees at Maple and Lahser for our nation's highest civilian honor, the Medal of Freedom. Specifically, the individual with the turquoise hair deserves a 21-gun salute. God, country, Starbucks. The mobile order in Bloomfield Hills was out of control this morning. I can only imagine the trials and tribulations these employees go through to not throw hands at two dozen middle-aged white women barking at them about a chilled beverage. They have damn near as much mental discipline as David Goggin himself to hand these women an oat milk latte with their tone of voice. Their commitment to customer service is insane; could you imagine pretending to have a good attitude while you bust your ass making a five-coffee order for a golfer in pastel? Thank you for your service.

Have done several mobile orders here. Seems like the last part of the recipe for my Java chip Frap is never there. One time a barrista said "well its not on the label that you want chocolate sauce." I told her it comes with it . TODAY I Mobile ordered and the barrista was spot on reading the label as he made my drink. I only had 23 bucks on me at the time and the gas in my car extremely low. I took out the 3 singles, handed it him and told him thank you. You were spot on making my drink and that is a rarity here. As I turned and walked away he says to his coworkers... look I'm rich!!!. Oh I will never order here ever again EVER!

30 min wait time for 2 drinks seems like insanity!!! By the time they made my second drink the other one was completely watered down. What a joke! So disappointed in this Starbucks.(This wasn’t peak hours either.)
