“Evening started nice table nicely decorated for our occasion/Anniversary excellent greeter/hostess then.... Was served uncooked chicken and management tried to convince me otherwise that blood and red bones are common when eating amish chicken. In my 40+yrs of living and with a parent who grew up and raised chickens on a farm have I ever known chicken to be edible rare. Who would risk getting salmonella....And spoke to as if I wasn't knowledgeable of cooked chicken...cooked amish chicken. Absurd! Waiting for refund to be granted”

“Came with a group of 5 of us on a weekday evening. We were immediately greeted by a few people telling us that they were short staffed so that threw us off at first. But we decided to give it a chance anyway and be patient.

Food was okay. Nothing spectacular but also still good. The shawarma nachos were the best thing we had. Delicious. We got the taster platter and personally, I only liked the red pepper dip all the others were a little bland.

We then got the mixed platter which was $65 and felt like there wasn’t much meat on the platter. The food that we did get was good, but again, nothing to brag about.

The service, although they warned us about being short staffed was not bad and our server was great!”

“A DoorDash driver stole $136 worth of cookies intended for the night shift nurses at a local hospital and JAMIE was amazing and delivered the cookies herself!!! She also called DoorDash herself after myself getting nowhere. It was so sweet and I thank her on behalf of all night nurse out there wanting a sweet treat! Thank you Jamie!!❤❤❤”

“I highly recommend this place! I have been in there many different times to pickup cupcakes for different occasions, and they never disappoint me! The cupcakes are incredibly moist whether they're vegan, gluten free, or normal. The staff is always so kind and understanding, which is always a bonus. :)”

Achatz pies are the only pies I trust to taste delicious and have an excellent crust. Plus, the packaging is adorable and location so close to home can’t be beat. “My office places carry out orders here quite frequently after we discovered the “crunch wraps”. The chicken caesar crunch wrap is one of the best caesar wraps i’ve had thus far. Always delicious and fresh tasting. Very decent portions too”

“It's Costco so there's always a shopping atmosphere. Food is tasty but the ordering system is geared toward kiosk purchases, as it usually takes a few minutes to get an employee to the register for cash purchases. Also, there was an issue with the the food bags which some food items were contained in. It appears it's been addressed by offering foil wrapping in place to the parchment type paper”

“The food? Amazing. I have always loved Einstein bagels. However, I have to say, the young woman working the order register needs to improve her customer service skills. When I walked in, she was chatting with another young woman who was working there. As I approached the register, she turned her back on me rather than greet me. When she turned around she still said nothing to me. When the manager asked her why she was having a conversation instead of assisting me, she said,"she's looking at the menu!" I was looking at the menu because she was obviously too busy to ask me if I needed assistance.”
