“Evening started nice table nicely decorated for our occasion/Anniversary excellent greeter/hostess then.... Was served uncooked chicken and management tried to convince me otherwise that blood and red bones are common when eating amish chicken. In my 40+yrs of living and with a parent who grew up and raised chickens on a farm have I ever known chicken to be edible rare. Who would risk getting salmonella....And spoke to as if I wasn't knowledgeable of cooked chicken...cooked amish chicken. Absurd! Waiting for refund to be granted”

“I am always on the lookout for a good cupcake bakery especially since the 90 year old Knudsen bakery in North Rosedale Park closed when The owners retired. Since I was at the business next door, I had to stop in and was so happy I did. A larger selection of regular and gluten free versions. They also have cookies and even dog treats. The cupcakes were $4.75 each and worth every penny. Some of the freshest ones I have had in a while. Moist cake and rich icing. I got 3, carrot cake, chocolate cake with vanilla icing and vanilla cake with vanilla icing. The service was friendly and efficient along with being pleasant to talk with. Has parking lot. On the SE corner of Longlake and Woodward. I hope to be close to it again so I can enjoy some of the best cupcakes I have had.”

“It's Costco so there's always a shopping atmosphere. Food is tasty but the ordering system is geared toward kiosk purchases, as it usually takes a few minutes to get an employee to the register for cash purchases. Also, there was an issue with the the food bags which some food items were contained in. It appears it's been addressed by offering foil wrapping in place to the parchment type paper”

“i came in for a quick snack and this store was spotless and the food came immediately. the tall guy working at the counter who was training someone today is clearly the soul of the store. I watched him cheerfully greet everyone that came in and he spent about 5 minutes kindly helping an elderly man figure out what he wanted and even showed him examples of the sizing. this review is honestly just for him because kindness and personality like that is few and far between :)”

“Just earned a lifetime customer from me, after an absolute failure on a recent order from little ceasars, that had me waiting 30 mins and ultimately walking out the door with no pizza. I ordered online at papa romanos website and was back in my driveway in LESS THAN 30 MINUTES, granted I live 2 minutes down the road, guess id rather pay more for timely service than cheap pizza.”

“The food? Amazing. I have always loved Einstein bagels. However, I have to say, the young woman working the order register needs to improve her customer service skills. When I walked in, she was chatting with another young woman who was working there. As I approached the register, she turned her back on me rather than greet me. When she turned around she still said nothing to me. When the manager asked her why she was having a conversation instead of assisting me, she said,"she's looking at the menu!" I was looking at the menu because she was obviously too busy to ask me if I needed assistance.”

“I had a problem at the this local about 5 days ago and postes pictures on FB. After posting these pictures the owner reach out to me within 24 hours. The owner offer to give me a platter because she notice I was a realtor. After a brief discussion I made a different offer for her location to sponsor the 80 subs for a “Feed The Homeless” event that 248 Jeephers was doing a week later instead. I am happy that the owners accepted my offe. I also want to say, “I appreciate you reaching out to me and I accept your apology and appreciate Subway for sponsoring the subs for this event, again thank you so much.” Let’s not let one apple spoil the bunch! We were able to turn my negative experience into a positive one!”
