“I have been coming to this exact taco bell since I was a young child. She may have her flaws, but there is really nothing like going to my home T-Bell. I’ve noticed the workers have been exceptionally kind and efficient this past year, you guys are doing great! For a place with a menu that requires more steps and a large line, this place is quick. The potato taco I recently had was loaded with potatoes, but I can’t lie they were kind of horribly stale. I won’t blame the workers for this, as the quality of the potatoes really is out of their control. Please add more beef tho. I love you guys. Thank you.”

“Tried this place for the first time today! Rider was my server and he was absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable funny and sweet. Genuinely had such a good time just being in his presence and he was very attentive! Tried the flaming fig, although without the jam. Didn't personally find it too spicy without the jam, although my friend found it slightly spicy with the jam. Either way it was the most delicious grilled cheese ever. Great wine selection, and don't be afraid to try the espresso drink made with blood orange soda, it was very good! On the store side of things, there was a great selection of product and the service was great. Will definitely tell as many people as possible about this place and will come again!”

“The food here is great. This was our 1st time here. We were here all the way from Wisconsin for an event and i asked who got the best soul food in town and was told to stop by Cornbread. Amazing food, and service, and the place was clean. The Staff went above the call of duty. Ms. Donya if you see this, you are a JEWEL! This lady was right on time with everything. We visited the restaurant on Friday upon arrival to Michigan and was the first customers on Sunday 11:30AM as we were leaving from Michigan to return home. Go here, you will not be disappointed. The PRICE IS RIGHT.....and the Staff is BRIGHT!”

I’ve been coming here for close to 20 years, and somehow they just keep hitting the mark. From the homemade jam to the perfect muffins, the food is consistently excellent.

The service may not always be perfectly polished, but honestly, that’s part of what I love about this place. It feels personal. They care about you, they remember people, and there’s something genuinely warm about being there.

Twenty years later, I’m still coming back. That probably says more than anything else could.
