“Definitely the best quality food and experience in Berkley. So far I've been twice and each time an classy, high-grade experience. The quality of the food and excellence in its preparedness are unprecedented in Berkley. Way to go Rind! We had the white fish last visit and it was prepared perfectly, the meat was tender and melted in your mouth like butter. Thier tinned options are of very high quality as well.”

“This place is hands down my favorite spot for pizza. We have been getting pizza every friday from Uncle Andys for years now and it is always fresh and delicious. Weather you prefer round, square, thin and crispy or the deep dish Chicago style you will not be disappointed. The sauce and dough are always fresh and made in house.

Try their excellent chicken wings and tenders also. They have boneless as well as bone in and a verity of very good sauces to cover them in. If you are looking for something lighter you have plenty of excellent options of salads and sandwiches to choose from as well.

The staff works hard and management is always adding new equipment and changing the decor of the place to keep it modern and sleek looking. With this amount of effort and excellent recipies its no wonder this place has been a neighborhood staple for 20+ years. Keep up the great work, you know I will be coming back!”

“Great guys at the cash register, food was dam good, but SO many kids, I wanted to wait for takeout outside. You might consider some sound baffles in the rafters.

Dietary restrictions: Not only is Crispellis EXcellent pizza, they offer vegan cheese (because those of us with cheese allergies Miss pizza!!!). You could bump that advantage up by offering others like provolone and smoked gouda(vioLife), trader joes almond mozarella and any of the Diaya brand - they've come a long way in flavor and melting.

Parking: A large lot in front, but a side lot for take out orders”

“I ordered for the first time Wednesday, 1-10-24, from the new Waterford location. I got the lamb korma, some Naan, raita, and a mango Lassi (carryout). It took me a good twenty minutes to find the place because there was NO signage! My Lassi was warm and the rice was cold. Luckily the lamb was hot enough to warm the rice. I will definitely order again because the food was so good, but seriously, no sign?!”

“I have been coming to Amici’s since my daughter was a young teenager and she is almost 30. They keep getting better, even after the pandemic when many places list quality. Their pizza is the best I have had. We love their portobello mushroom pizza with the garlic on it they is so delectable. They have delicious salads, pizza, and more. Their workers go above and beyond to make a person feel at home and welcome which is so appreciated. The experience you get when you enter is beyond superior to many places from ambience to food to service.”

“This place is genuinely magnificent! The warmth of the staff pulls you in before you even sit down. Get ready for one of the best batches of guacamole you’ll try! Strap in for tacos with griddled cheese, arugula, pickled onions, and some I forgot while I had an out of body experience! The tacos all around are outstanding and it’s obvious from the care the chefs put into the tortilla. Mind you, you’re in for some of the best protein fillings but the tortillas are unrivaled. My wife put it best saying that the combinations of ingredients are like a culinary symphony. If you fancy a good hot dog, you are going to be very happy with the Sonoran hot dog! If you’re having a drink you cannot go wrong with the batched margarita they offer! Last certainly not least because I have to reiterate that the staff including Chef Lopez really put on a clinic in how to make people feel like they shouldn’t be anywhere else but dining in their establishment.”

“I recently ordered a smaller catering lunch for my friends at a veterinarian clinic. Ordered wraps, fruit salad & cupcakes. There were a couple "special dietary requests " with the wraps & I needed to change the date. Everything was delivered absolutely PURRFECT! The cupcakes, white frosting with a black cat face outline,were so darn CUTE ! Angela was great to work with ! And by the way, their Dill Pickle Soup is really delicious”

“Tried two different meals this week for the first time and they were both delicious, filling and healthy! Simple, fresh ingredients with a really nice flavor. This was a great quick meal option for a busy night when we’d were all running around and didn’t have time to cook. It was a nice treat - and way healthier than eating out. I’ll definitely be back.”

“Just tried your new Ft Wayne location yesterday. Having lived in Saudi Arabia for years, your food is as close to legit as I have found since moving back to the USA!! The chicken Schwarma and tabouli were soooo good!! The falafel was the best I have ever had!!! The pita bread was excellent that the Schwarma was made with!!! We will def make the 1.5 hour drive to go back and do it frequently!!!”

“Based on prior reviews about food and service I was a bit reluctant to try here. But it was a good experience. We had nachos and onion rings to start. Onion rings were blah, but the nachos were really good. The waitress took our orders quickly and the orders came out fast. I had grilled cheese instead of their burgers and it wasn't quite melted so sent it back. It came back fast and perfect: melted, gooey with sliced apple and bacon. Unique and good and it reheated well the next day It overall was surprisingly good ànd this was a Saturday night. I wanted the lemon blueberry dessert and took it home. The piece was a bit stingy to me in size but very good shortbread crust and the tangy lemon curd was tasty

“We had a great experience at bombshell treat bar. I LOVE that they are peanut free, very few other nuts present in the shop, and have vegan options. It’s so special for families with allergies to find a delicious ice cream spot where everyone feels safe enjoying something special. We will definitely be back. “Best coffee in the state hands down. Frank is serious about roasting and it shows. I haven’t had a batch of beans that I didn’t enjoy. The staff are well trained and friendly. If you’re a coffee connoisseur this is the only place in Michigan worth going. Fresh meticulously roasted beans and properly brewed coffee.”

“I don't like eating in my car but I LOVE eating at the drive-up A&W in Berkley. Most of the time I park and order/eat at the small tables on the west side of the building. Typically I get the Papa Burger and a foot long hot dog. I ALWAYS get a mug of root beer. There is nothing quite like a tall, ice-cold mug of A&W root beer straight out of the tap. I think it is the cane sugar which tastes like my childhood. It never disappoints and always delivers on good feelings. If you see a guy munching on a burger in one hand and frosty mug of root beer in the other next to a motorcycle parked out front - that's me!”

“We had a birthday party for my husband here this past weekend with about 20 people and we couldn’t have been happier! Good food, cold drinks, awesome service and they even decorated for us! Highly recommend coming here if you have an event. I wish I had taken more pictures, but here is one of the birthday “boy” at a decorated table.”

“The combo for two is my go to when I don't want to meal prep lunches for work, and it was always delicious and well-priced. However, lately in the last 6-12 months ish, the quality has suffered. The salad is often drenched in what I assume is water from washing the lettuce, the lettuce is brown or rotten in parts, and the tomatoes and cucumbers are soggy. The rice used to be yellow and flavored, but it's just white and bland these days. Thankfully they brought back the beef kabob as a part of the combo, and all the different meats are usually cooked and seasoned appropriately. The cost remains low, so I'll probably still get this sometimes, but I really wish the salads were better. By the time it sits in the fridge for a day or two, it's toast. Previously I could divvy it up for my lunches for the week and it would hold up through Friday just fine.”

“Recently started going there for lunch with my daughter. Such a cool place, and a delicious menu. The margherita pizza and the sandwiches were fabulous. The onion rings were out of this world! My server last time was this young woman Sara, she was just wonderful and fun. Ask for her!”

“First time eating here and we thought it was pretty good. We got the Pistachio Salmon and The Julia. Salmon was good and we both loved The Julia. One of us has celiac so for others out there they have a good selection of gluten free options. All the handhelds can be served with gluten free bread which is what we got on the Julia. The bread was some of the better GF bread I’ve eaten.”

Today MIKAYA (sp?) took it down to 2. She decided to argue with me and hang up on me when I called back to say my over easy eggs were sunny side up and the corned beef hash wasn't done. She said it was becuz the order sat so long. WHAT??? I ordered at 11:17, was told it'd be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at 11:37. I was cashed out at 11:42. Still have the receipt. I live 1.6 miles away. I called back and spoke to LUCY and could hear MIKAYA still arguing in the background. Lucy asked if I wanted to bring it back. I said all I wanted was an apology. I was cooking the food at home. LUCY APOLOGIZED and I updated my review.”

“Had my bridal shower at Berkley Common and it was lovely. We did a brunch upstairs in their event space. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. The event space has a bar and private bathrooms which was great. The only downside is no elevator to the space if you have guests that need it!”
