“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.”

The pandemic hits and my company has us work from home for well over a year. We finally return to the office and I head there on my lunch. The entire staff was incredible — so kind and efficient throughout the night but my hero is the person who gave me an extra to go waffle box. I was tempted by the red velvet French toast and the s'mores pancake but ended up getting the trio pancake stack which came with a red velvet pancake, chocolate pancake, and an orange cream pancake. So good! I also got sausage patties which were juicy and perfect cooked, not dried out and thin like other places. The only reason that I'm not giving it 5 stars is because they did not have any dairy free milk options for coffee and I found some debris I'm my water (which they quickly replaced, so biggie!)”

Amy & Heather who I got the opportunity to have as bartenders and servers both times I came (and they’re sisters! How fun) both went beyond the call of normal service. This place was the closest nearby spot to an emergency vet I took my dog to after an attack. I was obviously a bit solemn when I came in the first time for lunch and immediately they asked me if I was okay and both came around the bar to hug me when tears started welling and listened to my story and showed so much care and compassion for my poor doggy. When I came back a week later they recognized me IMMEDIATELY and asked how my boy was doing and were overjoyed when I said he’s healing well and getting stitched up today. I also wanted to come back to get their names just so I could be sure to mention them by name in a review because they certainly deserve it. Outside of that, clearly they (and the rest of the staff here) have compassion and familiarity with mostly everyone who walked in the door. They impressively remembered names, usual orders, and asked specific questions about peoples’ lives (and I was sitting at the bar for a long time while I waited for my dog both times and got to witness LOTS of interactions) - all were overwhelmingly positive. I love love LOVE this place. I live in Detroit and rarely come to the suburbs unless I need to - but I might have to start making Mr. Joe’s a regular stop ❤️❤️❤️❤️”

“Stopped in for a business lunch with a few people on a Friday during lent. I normally never eat vegetarian pizza, but since it was lent, that was my only option. They had tons of options which were not vegetarian so I’ll be back again to try those. I ordered a Funghi pizza which was basically a mushroom pizza and it was really good. We ordered some fries with cheese on them and some olives which we all shared and both were very good. One person ordered an Anchovy pizza and he said that was great. We also shared a bottle of Da Ma wine between the three of us. The service was good and it was not too loud in the restaurant so we were able to have our business meeting without the need to shout for others to hear us.I don’t have any complaints about this Bigalora location and I’ll be back again when I can eat all the non vegetarian options.Vegetarian options: They have some vegetarian options on the menuParking: Free parking lot with plenty of parking available”

On the way home I stopped by for a small cheese pizza thinking I would have a slice then save the rest for tomorrow, well I ended up eating half the pizza. What I loved about the pizza was you could tell they use ingredients that are slight better quality than your average takeout restaurant. Are they the absolute best? No. But I was highly satisfied with it. The dough and cheese had great flavor and the sauce was not overdone with the seasoning. I loved the bits of char on the side of the crust, although I felt like it was just flirting and wished the pizza was in the oven for a minute more. Overall I'm very excited to have the leftovers tomorrow and would put this in my top 5 for best take out style pizza. If I'm in the area again I will absolutely stop by.”

“The German Professional Women's Association ordered a buffet of food from the Papa Romano's at 12 Mile and Evergreen for our January meeting. The food and customer service far exceeded our expectations! The food was delivered hot including 8 pizzas, two trays of mostaccioli, Bambino bread and chicken. We also ordered two salads and an array of dressings. Willie was so attentive to our special needs including what menu items were gluten free, vegetarian and vegan so that we had something for everyone! It was a great value too. “Hunan Town is our family’s go-to place for Chinese food. We’ve been loyal customers for many, many years. Originally, Charles and Lily owned Hunan Garden at 10 Mile and Telegraph. We were crushed when the restaurant closed, but ecstatic to find the new location, renamed Hunan Town, on W. 12. Mile. The new place provides carry out service. The food is excellent, and the portions are super generous. Some of our favorite dishes are Deluxe Lo Mein, General Tso’s Shrimp, and Chicken Chow Mein. Catering and delivery services are also available.”

Service was really good but our waiter/server wore Blue gloves the entire time, which was a bit odd and disturbing but seeing that we’re post-pandemic, it’s fairly understandable. Overall, food was really good and fresh, especially for that time of night.”

“Paris was the person who put in my order. She was Snappy and not helpful or friendly. The menu was not working so you couldn’t see all of your options. I asked based on my order if doing the meal was better she was snappy with repricing it out. I feel that if you don’t like your job go somewhere else’s to work . There is someone out here that would be glad to have your job .”

“This was the first time I visited this particular store. I was not impressed by the food. Normally I always get the same things and they always taste the same but by the time I got home my food was cold. They did not give me a lot of chicken I had to ask them to put on more, I mean I had rice for days but zero chicken literally the guy gave me on my bowl I'm not joking 15 pieces and thought that I was going to be happy with that. So I feel like maybe that's not his issue that was a store issue where maybe they're trying to upcharge a bowl and cut back on food. However that does not work well with me. I had to ask for more and then even so I still didn't get a whole bunch more. When I asked for Pico I had to ask for extra pico because like I said the the serving set they were giving were just very small and tiny compared to what I got elsewhere or pre-pandemic. Feel like you up charge these bulls a couple of bucks and you want to scale back on the food. Which isn't cool with me so I'm just not going to eat Chipotle for a while because I find it ridiculous that I have to say can I have more pico can I have more corn can I have more chicken but you know what You don't have a problem giving me a pound of rice. I don't want all the rice I want less rice more fixins. So for that I would give you don't star”

“Thank you Tim Hortons! Today I went through the drive thru, the attendant was polite, the line was quick and the service and coffee was great. It looks like new staff or corporate staff until the place gets stabilized. Couldn’t be happier that I can regularly go to this place again. You listened, and earned my loyalty. I am a former Canadian so I am super proud.Old ReviewService was never the greatest, but I think this place sold recently, and now it’s terrible. First they are really slow at the drive through - like you can wait 10 minutes or more with 2 cars in front of you. And the staff is just rude - like they are doing you a real favor. Hey, here’s an idea, smile! And lastly they often mess up your order. I hope the owner and Franchise reads this and take some action.”
