“I have mixed feelings about this particular Dunkin' because the customer service is always spot on but the drinks never are. There's always too much of something, or not enough of something else. Also, their latte machine is almost always down and that's a bummer. However, I still find myself frequenting this location because I live nearby. The inside is always clean, and the drive thru moves really fast.“
“I rarely dine at Baskin Robbins nor Dunkin Donuts because I don't live near one. My first visit to purchase an ice cream cake was a pleasant and speedy one. Next time, I'm bringing a cooler to keep the ice cream solid on its trip to the party. And I haven't tried ordering a custom ice cream cake yet.Their selection of ice cream is less than mediocre at this location because its a duplex, but they do have chocolate fudge which is my favorite so I am happy at least.The interior including its employees are very clean and sanitary and pleased to help you.“
“Hands down the best Baskin-Robbins in the area. Customer service is great because of friendly service with a smile. They're great mainly because they have practically all the flavors except maybe 4 or 5. Which is like 25 26 out of the 31 flavors. They literally have flavors that are seasonal and can't be found at other locations unless its a certain time of year or other locations just aren't consistent in which flavors they decide to carry on a day to day basis.“

“Great experience! Lots of games to choose from and plenty of time in the arcade. Staff was very polite. Kelly went out her way to ensure we enjoyed ourselves and had the opportunity to challenge a staff member. I challenged Kelly to speed of light which I was close but didn’t quite win. Will be back again to challenge her and hopefully win this time!“
“I absolutely fell in love with Booza today. My husband and son went with me to try it, after learning about Booza on social media. It was worth the drive to Dearborn from Lansing! The baklava was flakey and the Ashta flavor was so light! We got scoop cups of Ashta, Kiwi, Mastic Gum, Strawberry, and Lemon Sorbet, each beautiful in their own way.“
