Last Thursday evening I had the pleasure of being served by Briana she was extremely helpful with choosing a combination for my helpful she allowed me try a couple of flavors to get the best match for my husband ice cream. Thank you again Briana for your great customer service. Highly recommend this location.
Its good of corse, a family of 4, 50$ minimum,
Ran in 5min before closing and was still greeted with a smile and excellent service. This was my first time visiting the Southfield location. There were a few people already in the store lingering but already served. The young lady complemented my earrings. I appreciated the kind gestures and the fact she looked at me. She took my order and commenced to making my strawberry blonde (Love It size). It's genuine customer service that has me return to certain franchise locations....read full review
