“We love this bakery! All their treats are 🔥. I especially love the cheesecake and cupcakes. We ordered both our baby shower cakes from here and everyone loved them. I don’t care for a super sugary frosting, theirs is perfectly smooth, the cake is extremely moist. We wanted a pretty basic design but they definitely get a lot more intricate if you want.“

“Ran in 5min before closing and was still greeted with a smile and excellent service. This was my first time visiting the Southfield location. There were a few people already in the store lingering but already served. The young lady complemented my earrings. I appreciated the kind gestures and the fact she looked at me. She took my order and commenced to making my strawberry blonde (Love It size). It's genuine customer service that has me return to certain franchise locations. If your quality of product is good but your customer service is awful it's a hard no for me but if both are good consider me a fan. I will return and patronize this location verses downtown which is closer where service can be a hit or miss.“

“We had a birthday cake from Sorella's Cake Studio for a birthday dinner at the 5 Steakhouse at St. John's Resort in Plymouth, MI. The food we had for dinner was outstanding but the birthday cake from Sorella's absolutely STOLE THE SHOW! It was so amazing with the buttercream frosting and spice cake. The whole party was raving about it and asking where we got it, which we told them of course! Thank you so much, can't wait to order the next one!!“

“Absolutely LOVE Sweetalicious! We always get the cheesecake cups (made to order) and dipped pretzels but for my birthday my hubby ordered a cake and it was phenomenal. Not only did it look fantastic it tasted fantastic! The staff is always friendly and happy to accommodate in any way they can. The cake was peanut butter chocolate. I can’t wait to try our next one! “Chef Denetia did the desserts for my wedding. They were delicious as they were stunning. We did the chocolate framboise cupcake, banana crunch cupcake, passion fruit cupcake, mixed fruit tart, and the orange and rose shortbread. When you go in for a taste test, Chef Denetia will give you the more popular/basic flavors. I HIGHLY recommend you request to try the more unique treats because that is where she truly shines. My only complaint is that she was difficult to get in touch with. And I couldn’t finalize the menu until the week before my wedding because I was waiting on her to make me a few samples she had promised me. That being said, the samples were worth it!!!!“

“Called ahead for an oreo milkshake as I was in a rush. The gentleman had the shake ready when I walked in and was kind enough to treat my kids to small cups of ice cream on the house. The oreo shake was great and the customer service was even better!“
