I used this bakery for the first time ever 2 weeks ago. I needed a very specific cake, and I knew my regular bakery would not be able to pull it off. I read the reviews, saw the pictures, and took a chance with Sorella's. I could not have been more impressed!! I dealt with Monica- she was quick to respond and very friendly and easy to work with. They are wonderful, professional, friendly, and thorough. Sorella's Cake Studio is great with communication and has beautiful and delicious desserts. The cake tasting was a neat experience and the cake flavors offered should meet everyone's needs. Sorella's was a breeze to work with, making delicious cakes, including a gluten free wedding cake and a regular sheet cake. They can also recreate special cakes, like the Hungarian nut cake, bringing back memories with their delicious and beautiful results.
