I used this bakery for the first time ever 2 weeks ago. I needed a very specific cake, and I knew my regular bakery would not be able to pull it off. I read the reviews, saw the pictures, and took a chance with Sorella's. I could not have been more impressed!! I dealt with Monica- she was quick to respond and very friendly and easy to work with. The cake was EXACTLY how I wanted it to look and it tasted fantastic!! I will 1000% use them again and I completely recommend them....
Sorella's baked our wedding cakes - both a small cutting cake and sheet cake for guests - that everyone absolutely loved.
