Ran in 5min before closing and was still greeted with a smile and excellent service. This was my first time visiting the Southfield location. There were a few people already in the store lingering but already served. The young lady complemented my earrings. I appreciated the kind gestures and the fact she looked at me. She took my order and commenced to making my strawberry blonde (Love It size). It's genuine customer service that has me return to certain franchise locations....

I had a great experience. I was not sure what I wanted. I explained the flavor and what I like to the guy that was working and he said I got you. My husband wanted a banana split. Our order were made top perfection and good.

New location (next to the old location), and it is sweet. Staff is friendly and young. Service is quick, even if there is a crowd. I’m glad they’re back and they’re here for the long run…give the newly reopened ColdStone, a try!
