“This location is usually fast, but they also usually forget one item so check your bags before you leave. The sandwiches are usually fresh, but they could change the fries a little more often. Overall, I choose here 90% of the time out of the two close locations I have to chose from.“
“They forgot half our order through drive-thru. Partially my fault as well for not double checking the bag!! But when I got home o realized half the order was missing. I just highlighted those items on my receipt and came back up to the restaurant and was taken care of RIGHT AWAY!!! The manager apologized and took action and I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. People make mistakes; we’re only human and that’s bound to happen. What I appreciate more is them being friendly, apologetic and quick to make things right.“
