McDonald's in Redford

“This McDonald’s only has one cook and is a little backed up. It took a little bit to get my food, but the customer service was so top notch, they deserve a good review.

“My visit was great! 👍😃 The young lady that took my order was over the top with her customer service. Superb! I didn't get her name but I rate her care and help 200+. Award winning 🥳 in my book. It's been a long time since I've seen or had that type of service anywhere. I'll return because of her. She can train some people 😆 being humourous but really I'll take her class. The line of questions doesn't fix my experience. I used the drive thru“

“The staff were very nice smiles on their faces, but one problem I had was the speakers in the drive through wasn't working and customer were in line waiting to order there was no sign or no one put a sign out to let us know that they didn't work. I was leaving because I was in line to long and when I came around there was no cars in line I stop and ask the young lady why they didn't let no one know about the speakers wasn't working. They apologized and took my I order, but I said someone needs to put a sign on the speakers to let the customers know.“

“This is the best McDonald’s location I’ve visited in a long time! The food is always hot and fresh, and the employees are incredibly kind and friendly. Every visit is a great experience. These employees truly deserve a raise — they are awesome!“
