“First time at this location during breakfast. What an impressive, coordinated, hard working morning team they have! Lots of synergy amongst drive-thru staff! And they were all so very pleasant! “Came in to order and eat my lunch, and was pleasantly surprised to hear the manager, Reggie, checking in on the staff, and serving customers with a positive attitude. He was polite, friendly, and upbeat. My food was perfect, hot, and served with a smile. Reggie seems to be a team player and deserves recognition from his higher up’s. I’ve never written a review for a McDonald’s before, but this man radiated a positive attitude and I think that’s something that deserves to be recognized in the service industry.“

“I was there yesterday for a app order. The order never went through to them but was charged through my PayPal and taken out of my account. The manager on duty (I wish I could remember her name? I remember she said she was helping from a different location) she was the nicest person I have ever encountered! They were busy it was dinner time but she still was so kind and helpful. I never used the McDonald's app before, I don't know if I will use it in the future? (now am trying to get my money back from my order) that is not a McDonald's employee issue! That is a app issue. The employees there were all busy working hard while my daughter and I were there. The the manager not only was doing the same but was just great at her job! We will definitely be back just in the drive thru the old fashioned way... Lol. But really wish I would have asked what store she ran.. (managed at) she needs her own store!“
“It’s a decent place for fast food. Most of the time I don’t have an issue with this location I generally don’t eat fast food that frequently but when I do go, this is one of the places I go and I generally compare different McDonald’s, now this one is further from my home, but it’s OK. I don’t mind going to this one because I find the service here better than the other McDonald’s which is literally like 5 minutes from my home. This is about 15 minutes from my home but because of the better service here the better quality of service I choose to go here rather than the other McDonald’s. Here the staff do seem more friendly, the other place. I don’t know what it is but there’s always something some drama, which I don’t want to be a part of. So overall, I am satisfied with this McDonald’s.“
