McDonald's in Westland

“I dig how spacious and modern this location is but not a real fan of the menu options. McDonalds needs to introduce healthy, seasonal and LTO items.

Edit: the best McD around with about 8 people working at anytime providing good service.“

“Very friendly staff! I ordered a quarter pounder and a small frappe. They had me pull up so they could cook the meat fresh, and when they came up to hand me my order , the lady told me she gave me a large fry instead of a small. They accidentally added a small fry on the order instead of a frappe, as shown on the receipt. so she went back inside to make the frappe. I asked if i should pay and the person who came out to hand it to me said i didn’t need to. This small gesture made my day! and in such a forgiving and quick manner as well :)“

“You go anywhere in this city at 1am expect to wait. As soon as I pulled up I was thinking this was about to be a bad time. But that’s was far from what happened. Sure they were short staffed but my boy Steven came through. Not only did he take my order, cash out my order, but also delivered my order. (You know that’s a big deal in a drive through spot). Everything was right and what I ordered. And the only thing I could hear was the coworkers taking down on him from the window. Get a new staff. And promote my boy Steven. He’s the only one actually working in that spot.“

Averie really cares about her customers. You should promote this lady to manager! My son is mixed and on the spectrum to a degree. She overly made sure his chocolate shake was good and made sure we were taken care of.

This location does a good job.“

“It is Just Ur Everyday McDonald's on Good Food & Good Service. It's hard to say any fastfood is a 5 Star Anymore. I went to drive thru as learning to Walk Proper is still challenging. Would I eat hear Again / Yes Anytime

Parking: Plenty of parking unless 3 tour buses pull in at Once

Kid-friendliness: I'm Pretty sure most McDonald's are kid friendly that I've ever been to except the Murder Mac on Southfield (M39) & Joy rd (I believe it's Joy or Plymouth)

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes being I was a Walker or Cane after my Accident I pay attention & Would tell you if they Didn't“
