The manager at the Ford & Radcliff location is very rude.
I ordered a filet combo last week for $8.19. The fish was grease logged, and the fries were cold. I didn't eat any of it. I tried to return it today, but the manager said he wouldn't return it without a receipt. I went back with the receipt, and he then refused because it was from last week which I clearly stated the first time. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone. The morning staff is generally efficient, though some customers feel that the service at night could be better. Recently, the friendly atmosphere and great staff led by a young manager have been noted positively. However, there have been concerns about customer service skills and the cleanliness of the pop station. A standout experience was when the manager, Reggie, showed exceptional customer service, checking in on staff and serving with a positive attitude. Despite some food being less than hot and fresh, the overall experience is meant to be served with a smile. The need for better teamwork and structure among the staff has also been highlighted, as some customers observed a lack of guidance and focus during busy times.
