I waste my time about half the time all bc I want some mf McDonald's pickles ? the only thing you got right was no mustard with a stale cheeseburger. Fries and nuggets were fresh at least SMH. Yall suck at making these simple burgers.. also I asked for a under 3 toy and received the over which whatever but still why give me that option if you're not gonna give it to me???

I am done with this McDonald’s. I visited there today and ordered six sandwiches with a 20 piece nugget and four sundaes. The sundaes were only half full and had almost no fudge in them. My wife checked the bag before we left and counted six sandwiches so we thought we were good. Upon arriving at home, we saw that one of the sandwiches was completely wrong. It was a McChicken and not a quarter pounder with cheese like it was supposed to be. Also the Big Macs were supposed to have extra slices of cheese but did not. This was money we spent on things that we didn’t get. The worst, however, was that we asked for honey mustard sauce and there was none in the bag. I went to tell the man who gave us our order but he walked away. We waited several minutes for him to come back to the window and asked him for sauce. He lied and said that the sauce was at the bottom of the bag. My wife said she checked and there was none in there. In response he gave us two sauces for 20 nuggets.I honestly thought she might have been mistaken so I didn’t want to press it, but when we got home I saw she was correct. So we only had two sauces for 20 nuggets. I will look up who owns this franchise and make sure we never frequent this one or any other one they own again. Absolutely disgusted.

Called 3 McDonald’s within 3 miles all 3 had their MCCAFÉ machines “down” which just means the machine needs to do a 20 minute SELF cleaning. Yet every store says it’s down for the night lol could you have any LAZIER managers? Whoever owns these restaurants is losing money big time with lazy management. Just saying this doesn’t happen in predominantly white areas that run McDonalds.

Whoever the owner of this McDonald's is needs to fire their manager that is working.March/24/2024 at 3.00pm We ordered our food at 3 o'clock.Didn't get it until 3:35 and then the order was wrong.So we had to go back up there and get another replacement order which they complained and yell at us about because they were in the wrong.This mcdonald's is horrible

Just wow. So first of all this place is newly remodeled & everything is covered in a layer of film in the playplace. They do not clean that room at all. Its disgusting. They also so not turn the heat on in the playplace so I certainly wouldnt recommend having a bday party here esp in winter its freezing. They completely forgot our shakes & a burger. When I went up to get them. (Stood there while my kids ate waiting the whole time the woman behind the counter was irritated by me. I ordered a mcchicken meal there was a piece of old dried up chicken on it. No pickle, no mayonnaise. The bun was hard as wood. At this point I'm afraid to ask for a fresh one. Then, the little girl Im watchings apples in her happy meal were rotten. She goes up to the same woman (mind you shes 8) asks for a new one & shows her the rotten ones. She looks at her rudely & says can you throw that away Im not touching that rude af. At first, I thought this place is just understaffed & over worked but even after the rush she was still angry. Making us all uncomfortable. We can't really afford to eat out so this was supposed to be a treat for the kids. My expectations for mcdonalds has never been good... silly me for trying to have some fun with my kids.

This location clam to be 24 hours yet just went there before work at 5:32am and they was not open change your hours to reflect your hours of operation so use working people not wasting time to drive there.

This has got to be the worst McDonald's in the area. They're always slow and yesterday they gave me a burger without the pattie! I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal and one had no pattie. How does that happen??
