The slowest service of any fast food chain I’ve ever encountered. 2 cars in front of me and it still took 25 minutes
Waited in line about 10 min> then they said it would be 5-10 min. for the chicken, we waited 17min. There was no gravy on the Mash potatoes, and I asked for extra. The chicken batter was not cooked to a golden brown color and had no taste. The 12pce. dinner was $37.00 but it was the worst POPEYS Ever.
This might honestly be the worst fast food place it's honestly funny. I don't think they have a manager. Multiple times we've went and been told they don't have any chicken
