The slowest service of any fast food chain I’ve ever encountered. 2 cars in front of me and it still took 25 minutes
Waited in line about 10 min> then they said it would be 5-10 min. for the chicken, we waited 17min. There was no gravy on the Mash potatoes, and I asked for extra. The chicken batter was not cooked to a golden brown color and had no taste. The 12pce. dinner was $37.00 but it was the worst POPEYS Ever.
I’m convinced that everyone who works there is an idiot. I don’t know why I continue to order from this restaurant because every single time I do, my order is never correct. When I go through the drive thru they’re spending more time on their phones and playing around than worrying about the customers. Don’t know how this location manages to stay open
