“I had a chance to have my order taken by Nichelle who happens to be the manager.I pulled up 5 mins before they closed and instead of being barely tolerated she took my order with patience and made us feel welcomed even though i know we where a burden at that point.I believe she is a great example of a leader in her industry and i havent felt like that in a long time.Nichelle service is excellent and she is mindful.Id highly suggest this location.“

“I placed a to go order over the phone when I came in I was greeted by Jessica! I was in there for a while waiting on my order and I watched her give some of the best customer service to two other guests that also came in to pick up their orders…. She made sure everyone had what they wanted/needed in their bags they had their drinks and every side that came with the order…. She had such a beautiful spirit and really uplifted my mood…. It means a lot to customers that might be having a bad day to be greeted with such warmness…. “Placed a pretty big order for Chicken Shack, for an 11am pick-up on Friday morning. Once the store/doors opened (at 11am) - my order was boxed up and ready to go within a few minutes. Extremely satisfied with the prompt service, and of course, the food was great!“

“My order was delivered. The food was all very good. Unfortunately, instead of delivering to me ice tea and lemonade so I could make an Arnold Palmer. The store gave the delivery person two lemonade. I don't understand why they don't have unsweetened ice tea.“

“Best subs and tenders in the area. Their toasty bread is my personal favorite. The food and service is phenomenal and the place is clean. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Side note: they do a great job giving back to the community and schools in the area amazing food and people behind the establishment.“
