I often stop by here before my kid goes to school because he loves it for lunch. I'm from canton so it's a good 10 minute drive but this place never disappoints in quality. Normally have great food, great staff ect... however... tonight I belive the manager she was short, bossy, rude, black hair....was very very rude to her staff down talking them, I could tell they where becoming embarrassed. it's okay to correct your team members but you need to do it privately and definitely not in the way she was. also if you ran outta food it's not the customers fault and if you know the prices so we'll, than you should know it's a Friday and you should have food up for your rushes. if she treats her team members like this, how awful must she treat them when the doors are locked?“

“I ordered the 4-piece leg and thigh combo, and it was really good. The chicken was hot, crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. The seasoning had great flavor without being overwhelming. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh. Ali was very friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. He made the experience even better by being polite and making sure everything was right with my order. Overall, it was a satisfying meal, and I’d definitely come back again“

“I suggested my mother order wings for the holiday from here. we have been coming here for 5 years, and have referred many. their website prices does not match in store pricing,, nor their menus.. she ordered a 100 wing dings, website 54.99, in store 79.99. She even called beforehand and confirmed price. when she arrived she was given a different price. So bad customer service and false advertisement. Me & my family won't be returning. I also will be notifying all the people I referred plus letting my co workers at the airport know of this. we will just go to or other spot..he was also rude and disrespectful. buyers beware! I also will be posting a review on any platform they host, ridiculous. you don't get to disrespect your customers and think people will return.“

“This is my new Krispy Krunchy Chicken go to location. I've been to multiple locations but, there are about 5 that I like & trust. Downtown Detroit was a challenge with traffic after work & their hours of operation. But this one on haggerty is nearby & just as good &, with good customer service.“

Nothing against KFC for that matter, but we frequent this location here at the station frequently and will frequent this location more often!“

“Was excited to try for the first time. Got three meals and some extra sides. Got home to incorrect order but went back and was given the correct order free of charge. They were attentive. Wasn’t thrilled with the food but restaurant looked clean and the whole team stayed busy working on orders. Mix ups happen. Glad they corrected it :)“

“Dined in for lunch on my way back in town with my husband about a week ago. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by at least 2 people (one being a manager). The staff at the counter also greeted us & took our order with pleasant attitudes. The guy who brought us our food was very kind as well. We were checked on as we dined & someone even came & threw away our trash when we were done. They were conducting a large meeting with what appeared to be new staff in the middle of the restaurant; however, that did not deter anyone from being pleasant & speaking upon arrival or exit. Literally from the moment we entered, we felt valued as consumers. GREAT JOB! This is my favorite location in the area! What you are doing is working & it stands out from other locations! I’ve ordered off DoorDash numerous of times from them and my order has always been so fresh and so good!
