“10/10 recommend! Such great tasting food!! And you definitely get your moneys worth compared to other fast food places. I had the blazin chicken sandwich. Huge juicy chicken. And the buffalo sauce tasted great!! My fiance got a cheeseburger and he loved it! Definitely tasted super fresh, not frozen. We got mozzarella sticks and you got 6 with the order. And a “small” order of sweet potato waffle fries which was big enough for us to share. We definitely will stop again on our way up north!“

“I suggested my mother order wings for the holiday from here. we have been coming here for 5 years, and have referred many. their website prices does not match in store pricing,, nor their menus.. she ordered a 100 wing dings, website 54.99, in store 79.99. She even called beforehand and confirmed price. when she arrived she was given a different price. So bad customer service and false advertisement. Me & my family won't be returning. I also will be notifying all the people I referred plus letting my co workers at the airport know of this. we will just go to or other spot..he was also rude and disrespectful. buyers beware! I also will be posting a review on any platform they host, ridiculous. you don't get to disrespect your customers and think people will return.“

“As a long-time supporter of the Monroe location, I was happy to see them opening up closer to my home. That being said, the reviews of this location did not seem promising.

However, the experience I had today was reminiscent of the Monroe location. The service from Danielle was great. The food was everything I like from Monroe. Overall, just a great experience.“

“Awesome place, great service, great food. Being stuck next to the Marijuana dispensary and the liquor/gas station makes parking a mess and the lobby isn't very inviting. The guy running the place is super nice and answered all of my questions about types of fish and everything was delicious ? 9/10 would go again! Sorry, ate half of the food before I thought to take a pic and share.“

“Placed a pretty big order for Chicken Shack, for an 11am pick-up on Friday morning. Once the store/doors opened (at 11am) - my order was boxed up and ready to go within a few minutes. Extremely satisfied with the prompt service, and of course, the food was great!“

Dietary restrictions: Border line diabetic, if I would go more. The choices they have are great for me, but I have to make the smart choices.

Kid-friendliness: The kid menu has enough choices and pleases me and the grandkids. I have picky kids and grandkids, so I don't have to wait an hour for them to decide what they want.“

I was called out by cashiers a few times for not tipping on a carryout. Good food but rude workers.“
