Norman runs a hell of good operation here (I know him from the Leo's Coney Island he owns, on Ann Arbor Road in Plymouth). Several of the staff are from there, & it shows - they hustle! Even with nine people ahead of me inside, and a dozen cars in the drive thru, I was in and out in 25 minutes. The food is awesome.
