“The food was good; I got a burger and fries. The burger was good, but I didn’t like how the bun was crispy (it wasn’t a good kind of crispy), and the fries were very salty. I loved it. I do think they should make combo/meals because why are my burger, fries, and drink separate??? Circling back to the fries, I wish they were in a McDonald's fry carton instead of a basket; it’d be more convenient. I also asked for ketchup on my burger, but I didn’t get any; it’s okay because I got loads of ketchup with my fries“

“My household has had covid for 3 weeks. Yesterday I was finally able to go out and run a couple errands, and Culver's sounded so good. I ordered my usual burger, and was in a hurry to get back home before it got cold, so it's my fault for not checking it, but when I got home I found out they gave me someone else's burger. “Look. We had no power one night and were staying in a hotel near by on the 4th of July. We actullt wanted something completely different but those places were closed. Defeated and heading back to the hotel this Arbys was about the only thing open. The line was wrapped around the building and we went inside. There was only 3 folks working and all of them were hustling. They had smiles on their faces, dancing to the music and just giving it their all. Top notch service.

The food was okay. I am honestly not a fast food guy in any way so I can't give a fair opinion here.

“I am writing this review on behalf of my 80 year old Grandpa. He LOVES Subway. I mean he is there multiple times a week. He had such a fantastic experience at this one last weekend. The workers were so kind to him and patient and he could not stop talking about it. I have to give credit and thanks to anyone who treats him good!“

“We had a really rough week recently—our daughter had been in the hospital, our fridge went out, we were running on zero sleep, and work had been stressful. On the way home, we stopped at Portillo’s in Livonia for a late lunch, just trying to get through the day. The kind woman taking our order asked how our day was going, and my husband honestly said it had been rough because our daughter had just gotten out of the hospital. She immediately expressed genuine concern, told us she was sorry, and said she hoped our day would get better. When we pulled up to the next window, that same sweet employee came over and asked if we would like some free dessert. We thought that alone was incredibly thoughtful. Then she asked us to pull forward for a moment. Shortly after, the manager and a couple of other employees came outside with our food. The manager told us he was going to comp our entire meal and said he understood how hard it can be when your child is sick because he has kids too. They all wished us well and showed such kindness. I truly wanted to cry. My husband and I were exhausted physically and emotionally, and this simple act of compassion meant more than they probably realize. It completely turned our day around. If anyone from Portillo’s sees this—thank you. Your kindness made a difference for our family when we really needed it. If you ever think a small act of kindness doesn’t matter, think again.“

“I am not used to coming into subways that are of this caliber. The food was immaculently displayed, and as a chef I know what it took for them to stand there at the slicer and let the vegetables fall that way. I had to give them a compliment on their food table presentation in the overall presentation of the whole store. I believe the owner / GM was there and he said that he really strives to run a tight ship. Thank you sir because I'm usually disappointed more often than not with food establishments now. It's like most of them do not care including the managers but this is not the case with you.“

“Sandwiches are somewhat inconsistent. I had two GREAT BLTs (5 stars) over the past week and then I dropped by today grabbing two giant BLTs ($30) for my brother and I. We get home and start eating and both look over at each other at the same time: Something tastes off. After opening the sandwich we see that the tomatoes are more green then red (see photo) and the lettuce tastes rancid as though it's been sitting on a counter in the sun for the past few days. Absolutely inedible. However thankful the staff were understanding and did issue a refund. I look forward to more (hopefully better) sandwiches in the future.“

“One of the best drive-through experiences I’ve ever had. I pulled in after a long day of work, hungry as hell and honestly not sure what I wanted. The guy helping me immediately said, “Don’t worry, I got you,” walked me through everything, recommended the spicy fries with cherry peppers, and absolutely nailed it.

Quick, friendly, funny, and genuinely great service. He made the whole experience effortless. I literally sat in my car afterward thinking, “That might be the best drive-through experience I’ve ever had.”
