“I stop here on my way to work almost every day for a flurry for my 89-year-old father and Brian, and his staff are always quick and polite to me. They greet me like an old friend I would suggest if you wanted great service and kindness from staff you should stop in and say hello.“

I was told from the guy running the drive thru that they were out of shakes and that blew my mind. So, I went ahead and ordered some online through delivery once I got back to work. Low and behold a delivery driver showed up with the shakes!! Either they were lazy or they really were out of ingredients and ran and grabbed some as of now im geussing its the former. “My household has had covid for 3 weeks. Yesterday I was finally able to go out and run a couple errands, and Culver's sounded so good. I ordered my usual burger, and was in a hurry to get back home before it got cold, so it's my fault for not checking it, but when I got home I found out they gave me someone else's burger. I wasn't going to go back out in the snow, so I just didn't have lunch. So disappointed!!“

“The management today was extremely Kind. Not only was service thorough and friendly the atmosphere was genuine and very peaceful. Having food allergies was an easy win considering they take clean cut precautions. My toddler thoroughly enjoyed dancing to the music and watching his pizza he got to choose to make be prepared and the joy of the workers Devin, Sean and Stephen made me feel warm and comfortable to spend a winter day with great food and service. “This was our first time at a Del-Taco. The food was OK, but some of it was room temperature. Our order was large so I suspect that the first items made were the cold ones.
The service was great, very engaging man that said his name was Q took our order and made us fell very welcome.“

“We had a really rough week recently—our daughter had been in the hospital, our fridge went out, we were running on zero sleep, and work had been stressful. On the way home, we stopped at Portillo’s in Livonia for a late lunch, just trying to get through the day. The kind woman taking our order asked how our day was going, and my husband honestly said it had been rough because our daughter had just gotten out of the hospital. She immediately expressed genuine concern, told us she was sorry, and said she hoped our day would get better. When we pulled up to the next window, that same sweet employee came over and asked if we would like some free dessert. We thought that alone was incredibly thoughtful. Then she asked us to pull forward for a moment. Shortly after, the manager and a couple of other employees came outside with our food. The manager told us he was going to comp our entire meal and said he understood how hard it can be when your child is sick because he has kids too. They all wished us well and showed such kindness. I truly wanted to cry. My husband and I were exhausted physically and emotionally, and this simple act of compassion meant more than they probably realize. It completely turned our day around. If anyone from Portillo’s sees this—thank you. Your kindness made a difference for our family when we really needed it. If you ever think a small act of kindness doesn’t matter, think again.“

“Bought a couple of burgers. Was fresh and tasted pretty good. Could have used more onions and less lettuce. This was the first time visiting a Shake Shack for me as I was out of town for an appointment. Got 2 burgers via takeout for my dad and I. Wasn't very busy at the moment, so I ordered at the front counter as opposed to the kiosk or drive thru. Employees were super friendly. Restaurant was very clean and well stocked with condiments and such. Was a bit on the pricey side, but isn't almost everything these days? Would most likely visit again while in the area. 🙂“

“The three staff i saw working last night were an AMAZING team!
The young man (sadly cant recall his name) who took our order was so kind and helpful.

Then Tristen who made our sandwiches, was so enthusiastic, kind and communicative that it made the whole service great!

We ordered the the sweet BBQ pork and the Mediterranean sandwiches. Both were delicious!

I had not had potbelly in at least 10 years, and truly was a delicious meal and grand service I will be coming back!

Then watching how hard and well the team did at cleaning up for the shop after it closed, they were dutiful and a very supportive team.

“I am not used to coming into subways that are of this caliber. The food was immaculently displayed, and as a chef I know what it took for them to stand there at the slicer and let the vegetables fall that way. I had to give them a compliment on their food table presentation in the overall presentation of the whole store. I believe the owner / GM was there and he said that he really strives to run a tight ship. Thank you sir because I'm usually disappointed more often than not with food establishments now. It's like most of them do not care including the managers but this is not the case with you.“

“Sandwiches are somewhat inconsistent. I had two GREAT BLTs (5 stars) over the past week and then I dropped by today grabbing two giant BLTs ($30) for my brother and I. We get home and start eating and both look over at each other at the same time: Something tastes off. After opening the sandwich we see that the tomatoes are more green then red (see photo) and the lettuce tastes rancid as though it's been sitting on a counter in the sun for the past few days. Absolutely inedible. However thankful the staff were understanding and did issue a refund. I look forward to more (hopefully better) sandwiches in the future.“
