Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a friendly and clean restaurant with good service. The staff is welcoming and handles busy times well, often smiling and keeping orders moving efficiently. The food quality exceeds expectations, with tasty hamburgers and signature burgers, though they can be pricey. During a busy night, the staff managed well, and special arrangements, like calling ahead for ice cream for a large group, were possible. Sometimes, fries may be cold and unsalted, and wait times can be longer than usual.
