We had lunch here today. Staff was super nice! We got the $7 meals & dined in. The food was great and we plan on coming back! The tables were kind of dirty and there were fries on the floor. I don't think anyone was taking care of the dining area. I hope the cashier wasn't expected to cover that area as well because she was already busy with bringing out the food and taking orders. Other than that , 10/10!
Service is usually good and the ice cream is always great, which is why I keep coming back. However, I was really disappointed with the food quality this time, especially for the price. I ordered a tender box with fried and side of onion rings, and this is all I received. The portion size was extremely small and did not feel worth the cost at all. The customer service and desserts are consistently good, but the food portions need to be more consistent with what customers are paying...
Food tastes great, except soggy fries. Service was horribly slow and there was no one in line in front of us. We had pre-ordered our food and it was on a table right behind the register that just needed handed to us. The employee named Winter was rude as she walked past us multiple times and had plenty of opportunity to just hand us our bag.
