We had a really rough week recently—our daughter had been in the hospital, our fridge went out, we were running on zero sleep, and work had been stressful. On the way home, we stopped at Portillo’s in Livonia for a late lunch, just trying to get through the day.

I ordered a salad that was made without all the ingredients. I was left stand waiting for 20 minutes without being acknowledged then I flagged down a worker only to find my food sitting and made wrong. They are not customer friendly.
horrible service waited forever and food was still cold. meat on sandwich looked expired! will never eat here again
