Even when you didn’t have the spicy nuggets that I wanted, the employee Chase was super friendly and kind and explained why it was no longer an option. I don’t usually get friendly service like this on late night orders. It was refreshing after getting off of work late. Kudos to Chase and Savvy's on Northwestern and 12 mile for the great service with a smile.“

“Great service from the staff at the drive through the AI assistant at the drive through speaker needs to be fired though. Again staff was amazing but the AI has trouble with delivering the correct order. Sliders and sides were better than the greenfield location but the fries were missing salt all together. Keep up the hard work☺👍🏼“

“My beef in my shawarma was tougher then I recall but they follow my instructions correctly. They use to not remove items out of their shawarmas which makes it easy to make them but now that give you the option to edit each one that you order. This is a great option for those who don't want or is allergic to certain items on there.“

“The staff, one woman and two gentleman, were absolutely amazing. It's been a very long time since I've witnessed customer service like this, and I say this as someone who worked in fine dining the last 7 years. They were unbelievably giving and warm to a customer ahead of me in line, willing to remake her order when she realized she might prefer a larger sub. In a situation where most restaurants would have maintained it was too late to switch, or allowed the change but been nasty and rude about it, the staff here was overwhelmingly accomodating. They made it very clear their singular objective was that customer's satisfaction. It made my experience richer to witness that kindness.

The food was good, I tried the Turkey club and the Firehouse Captains Club. Got double meat on both, and they absolutely delivered on that front. The sauces were a bit heavier than I'd like so I ended up having to eat one sandwich with a fork and knife lol. As far as sandwiches go, I definitely prefer Potbelly or Penn Station. But the service here is absolutely worth a visit!“

“I just left there. I requested my sandwich to be yumtastic and they did not fail me. I had placed an online order but ended up getting tied up at work. I was worried and sad that my sandwich and chilli would be cold. But my sandwich was still nice and warm even though I was late and my chilli freshly scooped. lovely lovely lovely <3“

“My first ever Arby’s (visiting from England) great service and tasty meal! The lady serving was excellent and an asset to the company, taking the the time to visit each table to see if people were enjoying their food or wanted anything else.
