“This is my second time at this location! I was greeted by Jayla who was very pleasant. When I picked up my order the young lady, Jam, offered me a paper tray which was nice to eat my food on while dining in, and the restaurant was very clean which gets ten stars for me. I would of liked a hook in the restroom to hang up my purse while I used the restroom. Otherwise a beautiful experience. I will be back to this location in Southfield on Northwestern Highway.“

Food was hot, Elena service was awesome, and the line moved fast. The AI messed up a few times but overall the service was phenomenal.“

But, I was invited in with warmth and incredible customer service as the two gentleman were eager to serve me one of the most delicious sandwiches I have ever had. The steamed meat; with flavor to spare to the crunchy bread on the outside to warm pillow heaven inside. And the mayonnaise they use is fantastic! This is a great location with immaculate service, clean store amazing food and hospitable staff that work hard to deliver you what you deserve- A mouthwatering sandwich made by even better people!

The lettuce was under the sandwich...and not on the sandwich.

“I visited this Wendy's for dinner hoping for a hot delicious spicy chicken sandwich and was greeted by a big friendly smile and welcome from the employee Brandon. Brandon helped me modify my sandwich to just how I like it cuz i.dont like no dry sandwich, the chicken was crispy and juicy the veggies was fresh. He really made my day with his laugh, smile and infectious spirit. Working in food service for cedar point over 20 years he's definitely a gem in today's fast food service world. “Honestly, I don’t get the hate this location gets on Yelp. It’s Potbelly—it’s pretty straightforward, and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do.
I came here today almost by accident. I was looking for another restaurant that I couldn’t find, so I ended up stopping at Potbelly. And calling that “settling” feels like the wrong word, because Potbelly is straight‑up legit when it comes to sandwiches and soup.
I ordered The Wreck (regular) and it was absolutely delicious—hot, fresh, and exactly why Potbelly is reliable. I also grabbed the potato soup, which was rich, comforting, and honestly excellent.
Simple menu, solid food, and a place you can count on when you just want something good without the drama. Five stars from me.“
