“This is my second time at this location! I was greeted by Jayla who was very pleasant. When I picked up my order the young lady, Jam, offered me a paper tray which was nice to eat my food on while dining in, and the restaurant was very clean which gets ten stars for me. I would of liked a hook in the restroom to hang up my purse while I used the restroom. Otherwise a beautiful experience. I will be back to this location in Southfield on Northwestern Highway.“

But, I was invited in with warmth and incredible customer service as the two gentleman were eager to serve me one of the most delicious sandwiches I have ever had. The steamed meat; with flavor to spare to the crunchy bread on the outside to warm pillow heaven inside. And the mayonnaise they use is fantastic! “I visited this Wendy's for dinner hoping for a hot delicious spicy chicken sandwich and was greeted by a big friendly smile and welcome from the employee Brandon. Brandon helped me modify my sandwich to just how I like it cuz i.dont like no dry sandwich, the chicken was crispy and juicy the veggies was fresh. He really made my day with his laugh, smile and infectious spirit. Working in food service for cedar point over 20 years he's definitely a gem in today's fast food service world. I will return when close“
