I just left there. I requested my sandwich to be yumtastic and they did not fail me. I had placed an online order but ended up getting tied up at work. I was worried and sad that my sandwich and chilli would be cold. But my sandwich was still nice and warm even though I was late and my chilli freshly scooped. lovely lovely lovely <3
I was frustrated because every place I normally eat was closed, so I go to Potbelly. I walk in and the young man at the counter greeted me and was very friendly! The young man who made my salad was nice, I got the full farmhouse salad and it is delicious!
I just did a pick up order. It was fast and everything was there (napkins, straw, spoon). The order was correct.

Potbelly offers friendly and professional service. The staff is amazing and the subs are super tasty, the bread and the dressings really set it off. Their shakes are awesome as well. This place never disappoints. The restaurant serves a variety of dishes, including the BLT slim sandwich and chocolate chip cookie, and is known for its speed and quickness. They really helped with delivering and setting up a big catering order, reassuring on the phone about the order and any changes. One of the team members just asked how the meal was.
