“This'll be a review of appreciation and beyond customer service. I placed on order online and the store was closed for the day. When I arrived i naturally was disappointed because why would I be allowed to place the order if they were not available.As fortune would have it, the owner pulled up and I showed him my order and he apologized for the system allowing me to order. At first he offered a refund and then asked if I'd be willing to wait. He turned on his equipment and fulfilled my order. I was amazed as I was not expecting a refund offer today or the pizza and items I ordered.I thank you again for such above and beyond customer service, as he surely did not have to do this and by stroke of luck he pulled up when I did. Our family will remember this as our very own Christmas story.Parking: Its a shared parking lot with other businesses and I don't see any reason why parking would be an issue.“
“The food was the best I've had in a very very long time. It was so much to choose from and everything I mean everything was delicious . “I love love this place. You can count on healthy, fresh options, yummy soups and friendly service. The owner is a very nice lady; I love supporting a good franchise. I also love that you can get vegan and vegetarian options. A1 in Southfield. Honestly, every soup is good, it just depends on my mood!“
“The cashier (Dylan) and cook (Damon) are so nice and accommodating. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but he allow me to take as much time as needed while deciding what to order. The 12 inch sub is pretty large--it can definitely feed 2. The fries were a bit mushy but I didn't let them breathe before closing the box. The restaurant is bright and clean. There are 2 old school arcade games for free play while you wait. I will certainly be going back!“
“The German Professional Women's Association ordered a buffet of food from the Papa Romano's at 12 Mile and Evergreen for our January meeting. The food and customer service far exceeded our expectations! The food was delivered hot including 8 pizzas, two trays of mostaccioli, Bambino bread and chicken. We also ordered two salads and an array of dressings. Willie was so attentive to our special needs including what menu items were gluten free, vegetarian and vegan so that we had something for everyone! It was a great value too. We will definitely be ordering from Papa Romano's again!“
“This place is a very terrible ghettoish bar. The two doorman that stand by the door have some kind of attitude and very arrogant. I strongly advise staying away from that place. If you pay the same amount of money there are many decent places you can go and enjoy your time. The bartenders both are good and friendly I'm talking the ladies.“
“My first visit to Bacco Ristorante was phenomenal.From the very attentive wait staff to the cheesecake dessert this was a memorable experience.The food was well prepared and the plate visually appealing. I had the veal parmigiano. Very delicious. Light and tender with a flavorful tomatoe forward sauce that made every bite delectable.“
