“I was excited to try this place and came in and was promptly greeted. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap, a turkey wrap and a cheese quesadilla. While I waited for my food, I noticed the place was very clean and they offer discounts if you follow them on Instagram, which I wish knew before I ordered, lol. A woman came in after me and ordered a couple of smoothies, and the man behind the counter gave me a little sample of leftover smoothie of hers, so I could try it. It was very good. The gentleman was very nice, chatty. They boxed my food nicely and I took it home to try it. I really enjoyed the quesadilla with their ranch. The chicken wrap was a bit bland, and I probably wouldn’t get that again, and the turkey wrap was just ok too, I really wanted to like them more, but they were kind of bland. I will come back and try the southwest bowl, because that looked good too, and wanted to try it all. I did save most of the food for the next day and it did taste good as leftovers as well. The wraps looked good on the menu. They need to offer two sizes of acai bowls and either more of a variety or choose your own ingredients. Food It changed it was not the same. We had a seminar and had ordered from a place in Novi for catering. We received a call from the place we were getting catered from saying that they could not deliver they have No power. Wow. We had catering for 55 people and had no idea what we were going to do. Call Papa Romanos west Bloomfield four hours before we needed it. I spoke to the owner Jacob and told him our problem. He said not a problem. He asked what we wanted and we said we didn’t care we have to have food for the people. Jacob showed up with his mother a half an hour early and set it all up for us. Pitas platters ,submarine platter ,mostaccioli ,3 different kinds of salads ,Bambino bread ,pizzas, three flavor chicken wings, vegetable trays ,fruit trays and dessert. asked him how much the bill was and he said he did not know And to call him tomorrow. I expected a hefty bill. Called him the next day and said what do we owe you and he said he had not worked out the bill. Would call me back. He called back two days later And said $885. Which was half the price of the other place and much better. I said are you sure he said thats Papa Romanos price. Wow just wow. He said he was in the new owner and things have changed at the west Bloomfield location. He hopes he’s earned our business. I said absolutely. We will be calling him regularly for our seminars. Also I have been driving 70 miles out of my way to pick up pizza from there and it’s amazing. He drops off menus and coupons and people take them in order from there. since then we have given him another order for 85 people and it was just as good as the first one. this time we gave him a week heads up. thank you Jacob and Papa Romanos west Bloomfield.“

While I waited a few moments for my “to go” order, I noted the environment. It’s too bright and sterile feeling for me. For a soup place on a cold winter night, I’d prefer warm and cozy. Cheese was flavorful, creamy and stringy. The perfect amount of pizza sauce and the crust was the best I have had in a long time.. crispy, fresh, great taste with no hardened areas. The Benito Bread was delicious and went well with the garlic cream cheese dip. Can my dad have anything negative to say about the experience it would be that the cream cheese dip was a little fluffy instead of dense. I also ordered the apple cheesecake pizza however I'll have to update my post with my opinion on that after my stomach processes all the pizza and bread. By the way, their hours aren't as late as I have needed places to be open but they are far more accommodating than almost all the other restaurants that close at 10pm.
