“First time visiting Cottage Inn Pizza and I’m glad my friend recommended it! We ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and the artichoke chicken pizza — both were really good, solid flavors and well made. The chicken wings were a nice addition too. Nothing over the top, but consistently good across the board.

To top it off, since I was one of the last customers of the night, they surprised me with a complimentary brookie dessert — and it was absolutely delicious! That little gesture really made the visit memorable.

I go there every single week. I have gotten pizza, boneless wings, but my favorite is the Turkey sandwich. Cut in half. With my pickle (lol) I was actually waiting for my order during the pizza fiasco (the past two reviews) and I side with the company. 100%. Everyone is different. Your light sauce doesn’t mean my light sauce and it doesn’t mean their light sauce. But they all work so hard to serve the city of walled lake.

Every single time I go, it has been an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE. And Chris is the one that always greets and helps me. I’ve been helped by a few people there, and they’re all so nice. But Chris has helped me almost every time and he already knows my usual.

I see people complain on here about the pizza, about arbitrary b.s. and it’s really discouraging. This place freakin rocks.

“So let me start of saying I do not leave reviews barely ever, but this restaurant right here is just amazing. Especially the server Lisa. You will be super lucky if you get her to serve you. She is on top of stuff. She was quick loving always has a smile on her face. This is my second time here and this is now my favorite restaurant. She even went as far as asking if I wanted her to butter my French toast for me and when I was done she even put everything in to go containers. I also was a pain and wanted to eat outside where there is two tables but not frequently used so there is nothing on the tables like jelly sugar menus etc. She goes out of her way to set it up for me with a smile on her face. The food is excellent I got French toast and county skillet and man the food is amazing for a decent price. You get better food and a lot more food for the price of a McDonald's meal. “I come to Pita Way pretty often because it’s super convenient to my job, and it’s become one of my go-to spots. The food quality is always high and, more importantly, consistent every time I order.

I work in fitness and have a very physically demanding job, usually on my feet getting anywhere from 10,000 to 15,000 steps a day, so I’m mindful about getting enough protein and quality ingredients. The meals here make it easy to stay on track without feeling restricted, and they actually fuel me for my day.

The restaurant itself is clean and well-kept, whether I’m dining in or grabbing something to go. The staff is always friendly, and I like that I see a lot of familiar faces when I come in. It says a lot about the place.

“The three staff i saw working last night were an AMAZING team!
The young man (sadly cant recall his name) who took our order was so kind and helpful.

Then Tristen who made our sandwiches, was so enthusiastic, kind and communicative that it made the whole service great!

We ordered the the sweet BBQ pork and the Mediterranean sandwiches. Both were delicious!

I had not had potbelly in at least 10 years, and truly was a delicious meal and grand service I will be coming back!

Then watching how hard and well the team did at cleaning up for the shop after it closed, they were dutiful and a very supportive team.

“I can't say enough great things about Picasso Deli! I moved away from the Novi area ten years ago. When I find myself back in town I always need to stop in and grab a chicken salad tweener! The staff is always friendly, this is a great lunch spot not to be missed!“

“Dec 31st 2025, pretty much empty and I had to pick something up for my wife and I from here.
It's been a while since I've been to Panera, and the lady behind the main counter/bread area was kind enough to help he guide to the pick up area, instead of waiting for a call-out.
I ordered coffee as well with the syrup option, but didn't know where the syrup was, and she helped me out again by taking the coffee from me to the espresso bar and bringing it back. What she did NOT know is I'm recovering from a knee procedure, and didn't want to walk all the way to the bar and back. That minor gesture of kindness was something that could make anyone's day. So, thank you to that lady who helped me 12/31/2025 around 3:45 pm.“

“The crew was great. Excellent customer service. However, the potatoes soup we came in for, they said that site doesn't serve it & they dont know why its on the menu. They also said they were out of alot of items due to the snow storm & no inventory. I informed them I drove from Detroit to them, so they storm had already been lifted... but otherwise, what we did get was okay. It won't make me drive that way JUST FOR THEM, so I may come again if I'm shopping that way.“
