“It’s a great place, with great food and service. My family and I love to come here, but the reservation system doesn’t work well. Even with a reservation you might need to wait 20-30’ in lie. Either they don’t have a good system or don’t respect it. That is definitely an area to improve.”

“I met a bunch of colleagues here for dinner on a Wednesday evening. The food was average and the staff were very nice. The temp in July was around 95F outside but unfortunately it felt like 85F inside the restaurant. Their AC was on but the restaurant was not cooling off which made it a bit uncomfortable.

I would have ordered a salad but the Cyclosporiasis outbreak was taking place in Michigan in 2026 so I just ordered Chicken Quesadillas.”

“A few years ago I used to frequent this location nearly daily because the service was always amazing. It's not always in budget nowadays, but I had a gift card and went recently and have been since just because of the service. Today I went again, after a long day, and I was greeted by the friendliest young lady with red hair. She was super efficient and even sold me on suggestions for toppers. The drinks are always top notch but this one was amazing and the service was even better. I wish I had her name because I know these things matter. This location is a 10/10 dunkin.
