I entered the restaurant and noticed the lobby was clean and free of debris and trash. The drink station was well stocked and organized. Coke Zero was out, but iced tea was available.

I was waited on by a friendly and helpful employee. I had trouble hearing her, which is caused by my hearing. The music in the restaurant was at a low level, which is terrific, due to the competitor across the street with loud music. The employee was able to guide me through my choices, which I chose a Chicken Adobo bowl with cilantro rice.

The employee who took my payment was friendly and efficient as well. She wished me a great day and handed me my receipt.

The food was hot and fresh and tasted great! My iced tea was refreshing and appreciated that they offer Sweet N Low for sweetener. They also had a sugar tea for those who prefer real sugar.

“Got together with grandkids in Novi. Had the Greek pizza, tuna tacos, boneless wings, and kids chicken. Dylan was server and he was excellent -not afraid to give his opinion which I like. Prices are reasonable with 2 kids and 3 adults 120 with tip. Could use a little more vegetarian options.”

“It’s a great place, with great food and service. My family and I love to come here, but the reservation system doesn’t work well. Even with a reservation you might need to wait 20-30’ in lie. Either they don’t have a good system or don’t respect it. That is definitely an area to improve.”

“A few years ago I used to frequent this location nearly daily because the service was always amazing. It's not always in budget nowadays, but I had a gift card and went recently and have been since just because of the service. Today I went again, after a long day, and I was greeted by the friendliest young lady with red hair. She was super efficient and even sold me on suggestions for toppers. The drinks are always top notch but this one was amazing and the service was even better. I wish I had her name because I know these things matter. This location is a 10/10 dunkin.
