“I am finally settled in after moving to Wixom from another Co. So obviously i have to find where to get a good pizza.. Well i asked a neighbor and they recommended Alex's . so i called and ordered a large Bosciola pizza ( specialty pizza) and a small pepperoni. The guy answered the phone, (Pete) i think his was , was polite, patient and informative. So i arrive, the place was busy and why not its Saturday night . looks like they have a nice Bar and dinning area, but was not open for some reason. Anyway, so i get home and try these pizzas with my wife and her friend.. By far i can honestly say both pizzas were the best i have had in a long time.. “This restaurant is attached to a market that carries premium products including local ones. Parking wasn’t difficult at all, although there was clearly a crowd the day of our visit. The atmosphere or the restaurant was nice and very busy. The menu was very interesting. My husband ordered a gnocchi dish made with braised beef and mushrooms as well as a pasta bolognese dish. I ordered a dish similar to chicken picatta that was paired with polenta and artichokes. I didn’t enjoy this dish at all, as it was very tart and overwhelmingly covered in lemons. Our waitress was on point, making sure to check in with us often, keeping our drinks filled. She showed concern when she realized I didn’t enjoy my dish and promptly put in a replacement meal of which I decided to go with the gnocchi dish (VERY DELICIOUS!). Courses of meal were paced appropriately and allowed us room for desert. The gelato is very yummy! There are many flavors. The green apple and key lime were perfect recommendations from our server Briana. Our anniversary dinner was definitely pleasing and we look forward to the next time we visit.“

The owner, the manager and the chef gave me a birthday card, I thought that was very thoughtful and special and I appreciated it. Not as thick as Chicago, and not as thin as a NY slice, it's in-between, and what makes it tastier is the composition of the pizza using Wisconsin brick cheese and in a rectangular dish with a buttery, crisp crust (the original pan was a rectangular automobile drip pan - how authentic can it get being in Detroit?). Buddy's Pizza is a chain serving the great pizza and it's popularity is evident by how crowded it gets, even on an early ~5pm Saturday evening, our group waited close to an hour. Fortunately, the bar is well-stocked with local brews served by responsive bar tenders and friendly customers. Our server was professional and very competent - even though it was very crowded, she was attentive and quick, bringing our pizzas and ensuring our drinks were full. We recently made a large pre-order for Paczki day and I had requested that the flavors be packaged separately since they were for many different staff members at my workplace. Not only did they package them separately and label the outside of the boxes, they also labeled the inside of the boxes and had arrows point at each flavor!It really is the little things that mean the most. I’m sure Paczki day is one of their busiest times of the year yet they still took the time to go above and beyond to make sure we knew which Paczki was which.Even when we eventually move from the Walled Lake area, we will still travel back to get some Nino’s. “I love this lunch option. They are on Schoolcraft, in the heart of the warehouses. Not much else around that is so quick, cheap and tasty. This place makes me happy. Laurel has pre-made sandwiches and salads. Fruit salad. Desserts. However, I almost always get a daily special here. From 11-2 they feature 2 different main dishes, 2 carb sides, a vegetable and 2 soups. You can mix and match to your content. I usually get the main with two sides. It comes with freebie bread and butter on request. I love the bread so I always get some. Some of my fave mains are the Italian sausage, the turkey and any of their Italian chicken dishes. I love their mashed potatoes and various pastas but my fave side ever is the peas with mushrooms and pearl onions. Really I haven't had any clunkers, just some things are more to my particular taste than others. I love the rotating menu. They post specials daily on Facebook around 10am so you can plan accordingly. It's super convenient, they get you in and out in a flash. The people working there are friendly and sweet. Give them a try, you won't regret it.“

“Yummy! First time eating from Benito's and it was very good! The deep dish XL all meat specialty was loaded with toppings that were nicely spread all over the pizza evenly. Cheese was flavorful, creamy and stringy. The perfect amount of pizza sauce and the crust was the best I have had in a long time.. crispy, fresh, great taste with no hardened areas. The Benito Bread was delicious and went well with the garlic cream cheese dip. Can my dad have anything negative to say about the experience it would be that the cream cheese dip was a little fluffy instead of dense. I also ordered the apple cheesecake pizza however I'll have to update my post with my opinion on that after my stomach processes all the pizza and bread. By the way, their hours aren't as late as I have needed places to be open but they are far more accommodating than almost all the other restaurants that close at 10pm. Definitely gonna be calling them back!“

“Saturday evening: the first time we've order carryout from here. The food was ready at the promised time. The front end seemed a bit disorganized, but it was busy at the time. The order was nicely packaged. The portions are generous, salads were nice (LOTS of fresh, dark romaine leaves with just a few "ribs")... the bread is excellent! Calamari Fritti was way overcooked (IMO calamari shouldn't be crunchy), a bit garlic-y and maybe a bit old. My Lasagna and the wife's Linguini Delmar were good but seemed just a bit salty. We agreed we would order this meal again (less the calamari).“

I, recently, had a birthday party for my son and was concerned as to where to order and whether or not the quality of food would suffice. This Jet's Pizza not only exceeded the quality factor, the service, from placing the initial order for a large group, with the courteous and professional manager, Katie, (who helped me to make a rational decision), to receiving prompt delivery and careful consideration, when placing the pizza down, were exemplary. I could not have asked Jet's Pizza representatives to have done more. The pizzas were so fresh and delicious that all of the boys came back for seconds (with some wanting third portions).
