Buddy's Pizza is a well-known restaurant that serves exceptional Detroit-style pizza. Their pies are cooked to perfection, with a crunchy, chewy crust and a perfect balance of meat, cheese, sauce, and crust in every bite. The menu features options like the 4 square Meat Deluxe with original crust, and their Buddy bread is soft and delicious. Customers praise the crispy crust, amazing corner pieces, and delicious sauce, making it the standard for Detroit style pizza. The staff is friendly, attentive, and efficient, with servers who take good care of guests and are super nice. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and wheelchair accessible, with plenty of parking and wide walkways. Besides pizza, the menu includes items like the Italian Chicken sandwich, which is described as very yummy. The restaurant also offers a solid, local Italian dining experience with an extensive menu and the option of al dente pasta upon request. The minestrone and marinara are subtly flavored, avoiding overly strong tastes. Many customers enjoy their Detroit deep dish pizza, often requesting it well done for a crispier crust to enhance the true Detroit-style feel. The antipasto salad and Greek salad are popular choices, and the overall experience is highly recommended. With excellent food and top-notch service, Buddy's Pizza remains a great choice for a pleasant dining experience.
