I am a vendor to many Jets pizzas. I can tell you that all the Jets I have are super clean! I know :) but it's something that's important to me! LOL! I see a lot of kitchens and practices that make me cringe. So the good places stand out for me.
I just ordered a sm Detroit style pizza for the first time under the new management I couldn't be happier with my decision, just like Jets of old delicious delicious delicious !!!

I can't speak on the evening shift but the afternoon/lunch shift are absolutely amazing always soo friendly and quick. When I order ahead my order is always ready and correct. My go to spot for lunch.
