“I was a little nervous about my decision after we arrived, because a good sign on whether the food will be good at a Mexican restaurant is first based off of their salsa, which was so-so. I didnt expect much, but when the meals came out I was thoroughly impressed! The staff is very friendly and always checking on you. I would just recommend putting a little more love into the salsa - maybe some Cilantro, garlic and onion. It was very tomatoey and not much flavor.“

“Friendly and fast service!I visited this location on a Friday evening. I ordered the Chicken Chalupa meal from the kiosk. The meal took less than a few minutes to prepare. One of the Chalupas was very dry and crumbled at the touch. The other one was made just right. For some reason this didn't hinder my experience. I had a fountain Pepsi Zero Sugar, which tasted great!The Lobby was clean and organized. The lobby wasn't busy, but noticed it was well kept. Drink station was clean and no signs of mold. Trash bins were not full as well.While I was there I observed an employee assisting a customer with the kiosk. The customer appeared to appreciate the help. The kiosk doesn't offer the same things as their app or drive-thru does. This is a consistency issue that corporate needs to resolve. When a restaurant has different standards, it doesn't look well for the company.The reason for my 4 stars is the dry Chalupas and the inconsistency with the kiosk. Other than that, everything else, including employees was amazing! I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a bite to eat with great service!“

“Frequent flyer here and I will always say with full chest that this STAFF ARE THE KINDEST HUMANS EVER.My friend at the front, ALWAYS greets me with such a pleasant smile, they are just the sweetest. “My family has lived at Hopsital and Cooley Lake for 2 years and never tried GJ because the outside didn't look like much. We figured it was another Coney place. Boy, we're we wrong! we have gone twice this week. The food is great and the service is outstanding. We found our new place to eat!!“

“Surprisingly ended up here because one of the other Mexican restaurants we went to closed for the day. Some decent Mexican that can be an alternative to your go to around the area.Chips and salsa: they bring out mild salsa initially, so make sure you ask for hot or green if you want some different flavor. The mild was a bit sweet for my taste.Horchata: the large is huge, share it with your significant other or kiddos. Be aware that there are no refills on refrescas or horchata. Decent amount of cinnamon flavor, not overly sweet. Would get it again.Tacos: I had an al pastor, chorizo and lengua. lengua was tender and tasty. Al pastor was flavorful and slightly sweet from pineapple. Chorizo was a pass for me.My wife had a combination with mole sauce on an enchilada and that had a unique flavor. Nice change up for anyone wanting to try a mole sauce.Looks like they have specials on certain days of the week and I would say that can make it more affordable for those looking to save some money.“

“Had the opportunity to stop into Chino Loco today for a photo shoot. Owner Scott was incredibly appreciative, helpful, and hands-on with helping to get the best shots with limited space. Chino Loco is now in the remodeled plaza next to Red Dog near downtown Milford. All the food looked amazing! Would definitely recommend.“

“My kids and our entire family absolutely love this place! Best bubble tea and frozen yogurt in the country. My favorite flavor is the pomegranate. Wish they'd come out with a few new fruity type yogurt flavors.Amazing stuff, just a little pricey!“

“The food was great! I had the meatloaf special and it was very interesting. The meatloaf had the taste of a normal meatloaf, but instead of serving it with ketchup, it was served with gravy. I was skeptical of the combo, but it was a really great combo, especially paired with the mashed potatoes. The service was great, and all the waitresses worked together to help if the other was busy, so we were always taken care of. I will say the biggest complaint is that you will smell like the cooking when you leave the building. It was a small price to pay for a great meal.“

“This is the somewhat still New Mexican restaurant in South Lyon. I had the chorizo and chicken enchiladas. Along with a carafe of margaritas. The food was exceptional. The enchiladas were actually filled and were loaded with cheese. The salsa was flavorful with a slight kick. I like a little spice and could use a little more here but the typical person will like this level of spice.The drinks were good. There are unique margaritas on the menu. We had the Michigan margarita which has a cherry infused simple syrup in it. There is also a full selection of classic cocktails. Expect to pay between $10-$15 for a cocktail. The girl behind the bar, Cali, was on her first day alone behind the bar. She did well and is on her way to becoming very efficient behind the rail. We did our typical eating at the bar. Tonight the bar wasn’t too full but it is a Wednesday evening. Update, we also had a pomegranate breeze and a tequila old fashioned. Both were good and I added pics.Overall the food and drinks were good. We will definitely come back. This is easily one of the best Mexican places in the area.“

“I'm always so impressed by the service at El patio. They are a well oiled machine. Sometimes it's fun to time them to see how quickly they deliver food. I would bet would bet about five minutes every time. In addition, my water is always full and they take empty dishes away promptly. This is a great place to stop and have good food delivered quickly.“

“Stopped by to check out the trucks at the food truck lot. I ordered 2 burritos. The food was fresh made but seemed to take a long time. I asked for no cilantro and I got what seemed like extra cilantro and no onions. It was even written on the wrapper but not right. Disappointed and the rest of the food was fine but unremarkable.“

“Our family stopped In there today to try for the first time. We had 2 Large steak burritos, 1 veggie burrito bowl and 2 churros. Food was amazingly good. The establishment was clean. “I had the hard shell taco and rice set and the cheese nachos. Choose spicy sauce. It was very delicious. Beer is not sold in stores, but you can purchase it at the liquor shop next door and bring it in. The store staff was friendly and the store was very nice.“

“First time. I don't usually expect much from chain restaurants for authentic Mexican food. I had the Carne Asada plate. Plenty of food. It was pretty good. The grilled jalapeno was a nice garnish. If you like jalapenos as I do, I highly recommend the jalapeno Margarita.“

“It is one of my favorite places to eat and that is why I have no hesitation in recommending it.But unfortunately the experience that a group of friends and I had on Friday, March 22, was very bad. The waiter named Miguel served us and he was very rude to us, literally, he silenced my friend when she wanted to order for one of my friends. Later, when ordering takeout, he yelled at us because he had already closed the account. The stress that his anger and attitude caused us got to such an extent that we were afraid to ask him for more things since he always said “assssh, oh my God.”Ah, but when it came time to ask for the bill, well he changed his treatment and included an 18% tip, which for us, wasn't fair to give him.I hope you can talk to this man and recommend that he have a better attitude since for these reasons, many people prefer not to return.Obviously I will not stop going, but what is certain, if this Mr. Miguel touches me, I will ask that he not attend to me.“

“My father came in from out of town in the evening and I said we should try Don Juan, neither of us had ever been. We shared a Botana and the combo 12 and it was fantastic! I felt a little bit bad because we finished eating right at 10 so we made everyone stay a little bit late, but they were all very pleasant and fantastic service!“

“We dined here on a busy Friday night. Food was fantastic. The guacamole was on point. We all had meat free meals for Lent and all of them were great. I would definitely recommend dining here. The margaritas were perfect, just strong enough. Our server was Annah and she was one of the best we've had anywhere. Reading your customers is a skill and she's so great at it. We were never rushed and service was perfect from the moment we sat down until we left. Try this place!“

“Husband picks up from here on his way from work otherwise it’s quite a drive- Personally, I prefer eating in versus carry out- I love their barbacoa ( beef cheek) Seasoned and juicy- Had piratas and tostadas- side beans and guacamole- All very tasty and filling- Husband ordered 2 sides of refried beans but we there would have been plenty for 2 with just one order- The guacamole is expensive for the amount that you get but it was tasty -The piratas were tasty but not what I was expecting- Basically a soft shell taco a piece of tomato, a chunk of avocado- cheese was all at the bottom ( like a taco- )I thought they would be like mini quesadillas -No grill marks like a quesadilla-They didn’t look anything like the pictures that other customers posted of them-I didn’t care for the red salsa - sweet and no heat- Had a weird tasteThey do a great job at wrapping the tostadas for carry out- They don’t get tossed around, steamed in the styrofoam container-“

“I am Mexican and I approve of the molcajete, it is very delicious, it has a lot of meat, the authentic tacos are very well served and the piña loca is also very delicious. Personally, I didn't like the margaritas but the micheladas are delicious!! The service is good and if you save your ticket they give you a 10% discount on your next visit. Ask for the spicy tomatillo sauce, it is very delicious for those who like it spicy :)“

“Stopped here with my brother for lunch. Excellent salsa and chips. However, the enchiladas and chimichangas were perfection. Not too big, not too small. Choripollo was a life-changing experience. Why are you reading this? Get yourself over there now!“

“I have to say I was quite surprised by the crunchy beef tacos I purchased. These were the best Taco Bell tacos I have ever had! Never thought I would say this about a location in a mall. The beef filling was nice and hot with a decent texture. Usually, the meat is lukewarm and mushy but not on these tacos. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and the sour cream just the right amount. This Taco Bell got it right!“
