“Ordered Many times at Wixom location, my kids love so as adults. Everything alway fresh and hot. Employees are very nice and polite. Specifically Alex and Joey B. They waited for me because I was running late, was very nice about it. I really appreciate it.“
“Mostly everytime I come here the ice cream is great and my blizzards are always loaded with whatever I ask for. My only issue is that the employees are so young and some of them don't seem to know how to talk to customers. Also the building is very small and it gets packed very very fast. I live in the area and have been coming here a long time so I know when to avoid this place and when to come.“
“Wendy’s like this one is why I forgot about McDonald’s. These shift managers at Wendy’s just do it differently than McDonald’s. Like I don’t get wrong orders, my food is hot and I’ve never been served a burger than looked sloppy like it was smacked together in 20 seconds.“

“Stopped at this local restaurant numerous times but today's poor, uncaring customer service has me revising my review to a three star.My mom and I stopped in to pick up food for my uncle and myself. Uncle was intrigued by the fish deluxe sandwich on a flyer but wanted to get the 2 for $6 deal, which offers a crispy fish sandwich. Upon telling this to the manager, all he said is different sandwich, go pull up and that will be $12 and change to account for adding basically TWO cheese and tomato slices - for $6 more.A proactive employee would simply ensure the order was right or explain along the lines of "The crispy fish 2 for $6 deal is a smaller fish sandwich, not the Deluxe." or take two seconds to state."Okay, a Fish Deluxe with Cheese and Tomato added comes to $6+. Would you still like to go with that or the 2-for-$6?", or "Sorry, that's a different item." All reasonable replies to a potentially confused customer - not just "ok pull up. "I totally understand the urge to get through customer lines very fast but there is also tact to ensuring a customer is ordering the right thing, especially if they are not 100% sure with an order. The manager in charge did none of that and simply told us, "It's nothing I can do. It's corporate's rules." A couple seconds of explaining would have helped to solve this minor situation. It just feels frustrating expecting to get a $6 meal and instead have it come to nearly $13.Leaving this review purely for the experience of poor communication to a customer.The actual fish deluxe sandwich, however, was quite large and tasty. No issue with that.“
“I have been going to this subway for two years now and I have had nothing but outstanding food and service. One lady in particular (Hema) has memorized what I order. really can't say enough about this store and its staff. Thank you to all the employees there.Parking: Very easy to park close to the door.“

“Friendly and fast service!I visited this location on a Friday evening. I ordered the Chicken Chalupa meal from the kiosk. The meal took less than a few minutes to prepare. One of the Chalupas was very dry and crumbled at the touch. The other one was made just right. For some reason this didn't hinder my experience. I had a fountain Pepsi Zero Sugar, which tasted great!The Lobby was clean and organized. The lobby wasn't busy, but noticed it was well kept. Drink station was clean and no signs of mold. Trash bins were not full as well.While I was there I observed an employee assisting a customer with the kiosk. The customer appeared to appreciate the help. The kiosk doesn't offer the same things as their app or drive-thru does. This is a consistency issue that corporate needs to resolve. When a restaurant has different standards, it doesn't look well for the company.The reason for my 4 stars is the dry Chalupas and the inconsistency with the kiosk. Other than that, everything else, including employees was amazing! I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a bite to eat with great service!“
“You can see the steam coming off the hotcakes, never got them so fresh before. This McDonald’s is ON POINT, my extra butter,cream and sugar were put in separate baggies and I got everything I asked for and it was quick. This is a rare occurrence when going to McDonald’s but I’m here to give this location their props.“
“The eats are quite frankly top notch when it comes to fast food. They have a huge selection to choose from and hit home in so many areas. Just ?.... Potatos, Hit it! Burgers, Hit it! Ice cream, Hit it! Love going here. But most importantly and I mean MOST! They have Cholula packets ?, who TF has Cholula packets.... Culver's! They might be a 4 star on a regular scale but when you add that magic sauce to your eatery ???. That alone has taken this establishment to the next level.... like God level. Love it“
