“Newly remodeled clean fresh looking McDonalds. Had a play place - but VERY small. Seems better suited to smaller kids and toddlers. I can see this getting very busy on a weekend or school holiday. Staff seems proficient and no issues with order. Multiple nice areas to sit.“

“I recently dined at Arby's and was impressed by the high-quality food and cleanliness of the restaurant. The premises were well-maintained. However, I was disappointed by the rude demeanor of both the staff and the manager during my visit. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future to match the excellent food and environment.“

“5 Stars for professionalism! Although my online order was accidentally overlooked, the employees/manager at this location were very friendly and apologetic. They made my sandwiches (which were delicious!) quickly and gave me free chips for the inconvenience. Keep up the good work!!!“

“This location seems to be pretty quick and I have not any mistakes up to this point. I do think the workers could be a little friendlier and at least greet customers as they approach the payment window. Other than that, I have been happy with their fast food service.“

“I'm happy this location opened back up. I love the flame broiled burgers and the original chicken sandwich. I love that they're open so late in a town that rolls up the sidewalks at 8pm. They have a hard time staffing, which seems to be the case everywhere anymore, but they do their best to help you quickly and with friendly service. I generally order from the app and rarely have to wait long for my food. Also, I get deals and coupons using the app and being a Royal Rewards member. The one thing to note is that even with promotions, such as the Addams Family kooky meals, the shake machine is shut down by 8pm. So don't expect a shake after that. It's not listed on the app nor online so that's disappointing because the restaurant is open until midnight. But there are plenty of other great choices for drinks.“

“Wow! I can't believe the negative comments! I have never had any issues at this place. The staff and managers are very friendly and helpful. Come on people, give these kids a break , they don't get paid nearly enough , they're understaffed and overworked. Have some grace , be kind , it's Taco Bell, not a pricey upscale restaurant. All of us are all doing the best we can do , just trying to make a living. Thank you. 🙏🏻

“Just got back from eating an amazing chicken Sandwich at Byrd's in Novi. Let me be frank Chic-fil-a and Kimchi Box are garbage. Get yourself a real chicken sandwich. WARNING: Byrd's is not playing with the spices... my wife got her's medium and it was hot.“

Question 1 - why don’t we have these in Georgia? This was worth coming out the way for to try this restaurant.

The ribeye slider was out this world . I want another one . My second slider was alittle cold but the taste was still amazing to give it 5 stars.

Price is amazing for me coming from Georgia.

Overall I love this place and highly recommend it.
