“I went during lunchtime, and it was extremely crowded, but we all waited patiently because we could see that she was working alone. She was doing everything by herself. But she kept a smile and was very polite in spite of being overwhelmed. Please give the lady a raise. The African American slim. young lady with the tattoos needs a promotion without a doubt. If more fast food places had an employee like her, they would raise the pay for cashiers, cooks, and servers. She was doing it all.“
“I LOVE this location the staff is super nice and patient. I came right before close and they made my bowl perfectly! I come about twice a week and I love the young black girl with the nose ring and ear piercings. She is very sweet and makes great conversation. Plus when the youthful white girl is on register, she makes sure the lobby is in top tier shape, tables always shining. Don’t get me started on the red dreadhead girl, she is very funny and can wrap any size burrito. only thing I would say is avoid going between 6-7PM very busy.“
“We have enjoyed Byrds Hot Chicken in Novi twice now - the first time for my son's birthday in February and today, just because! The food is consistent, hearty and delicious. I especially love the crunchy coating on the chicken. Yum! Although the menu is very simple, it works like a charm with several customizable options and it really seems to hit the spot. I find that the set up of this cafe-style restaurant is chic and perfect for a city like Novi. The choice of colors, textures, furniture and the overall ambiance are very tastefully coordinated. The owners, though, are really what stand out. They make an effort to provide excellent customer service, are very friendly and take time with each customer to make sure that their order is well placed and explained. I was very pleased to see that the restaurant was being well patronized when I stopped by to pick up my take out order this evening. Byrds Hot Chicken is a must try!“
“Really good chicken fingers here. Crisp, meaty, flavorful, not damp. Their Honey Mustard sauce is my favorite. I keep looking for excuses to come here for a box of chicken fingers and house seasoned crinkle-cut fries. If you're in the area, I recommend.“
“First time trying this place, and I was shocked by the amazing customer service and fast order delivery since some of the comments online weren't what you'd like to hear when looking for somewhere to eat. However, it was the opposite of what I expected. The food was delicious and quickly delivered. Adding on, the manager had everything organised and under control.I am definitely going to be visiting it regularly and recommending it to my family!!“
“My family has been dining here for 4 generations now, and when my granddaughter is old enough, it will be 5. Growing up, Walts was my grandpa's favorite coney diner. It has continued on through the generations. Each time I visit, a flood of memories rushes through my mind. There is not another coney diner that surpasses Walts. From the service to the food to the atmosphere and all of the memories, it is AMAZING! If you are ever in town or drive by, be sure to give them a try! “Got off work late and stopped in for some dinner and it was so good and reasonable prices as well. The chicken is juicy and crispy and flavorful. The staff are super nice and will make sure your taken care of. They have plenty of choices, from chicken to wraps to pizza and corn dogs. This place is a must go if your in a hurry and want good food and service. And plenty of options all day and night.“
