“I feel like this Arby's has gotten a lot better. The drive through line moves a lot faster, customer service all up has improved, food orders are accurate, and overall food quality for an Arby's is good. I really like their Buffalo chicken sliders and the ones here aren't as tiny as other Arby's locations. I also enjoy the root beer floats from here.“
“One of the best fast casual customer service experiences I’ve had. I ordered a few Sandwiches for Delivery from Door Dash and quickly after submitting, I got a call from one of their reps who very apologetically said they only have enough sliced wheat bread for 2 sandwiches and asked what kind of bread we would like for the other. She was very professional, kind, and sincere.I was very impressed that she even had the thought to call and took the time to call. I left the call thinking wow, that was above and beyond.Then when the sandwich was delivered I had a personal text saying she also left a cookie for the inconvenience. Then when I opened the bag there was also a note apologizing again!The delivery showed up incredibly quick, the sandwiches were great!“
“Ordered in the app then picked. Used app and sat and sat. About 4 songs on the radio.Watched everyone flying through the drive through. My husband went in to see where our order was. Two people walked by him. They hadn't started the order. Tasted fine but should not take 1/2 “
“The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is an employee (who I believe was potentially the manager on duty) was wearing her mask below her nose. I didn’t say anything but in the food industry you should really be wearing your masks properly, not all customers will react kindly.“
“I never write surveys but I have to with my experience at the Taco Bell this evening. I was driving down m-59 in White lake Michigan when I suddenly became dizzy and my body became numb and I knew my blood sugar was dropping fast. I saw the sign and managed to get to the drive thru and all I said was I need help my blood sugar. The remarkable guy named Gabe was fast acting and told me to pull through. I was instantly handed a mountain dew Baja blast and 2 soft tacos.In my complete dizziness I didn't know where my card was and told him I had a few dollars in cash in my door but he was more concerned about my safety and well being at the time. He told me to park and if I needed medical attention he would call. I parked my car as fast as I could and was chugging the pop and eating so I didn't pass out. A minute later Gabe came out to talk to me and make sure I was okay. He deserves the highest award Taco Bell can give someone for his compassion and quick response to my situation. When I was felling right I ordered more food for later and had my pop refilled. The world needs more people like Gabe S.“
“I'll start this by saying I don't generally write reviews, but I feel like this one is important enough for it. I know a lot of people have gotten wrong or messed up orders, but I've never had an issue with that. In fact, all the staff is super friendly and today, because of a short weight time, they offered me TWO coupons. I'm not someone who expects coupons or restitution over some slow service, so I was pleasantly surprised.My food has always been good from here, cooked right, and properly assembled. I believe the most egregious thing to ever happen to my order is that maybe they forgot to take off the sour cream. All in all, I still like this place and I think it deserves a second chance, especially because it's much closer than the taco bell near Walmart.“
“Stopped in yesterday for some burritos. Ordered thru the app and had some issues with ordering the right food.Received service that was amazing. Just wanted to share that. I know this location has been open for a while now and had issues when it first started out. Whoever they have running that place has figured it out and has employees that go above and beyond.I would drive out of my way to order at the Cooley Lake location instead of one that was closer to me.Made sure the order was correct, made sure the 2 orders were in different bags so we could tell which were bean and which were beef. Additionally wrote "Beef" on the beef burritos. The ones that we subbed out beef for beans actually had beans and no beef!“
“My family has been dining here for 4 generations now, and when my granddaughter is old enough, it will be 5. Growing up, Walts was my grandpa's favorite coney diner. It has continued on through the generations. Each time I visit, a flood of memories rushes through my mind. There is not another coney diner that surpasses Walts. From the service to the food to the atmosphere and all of the memories, it is AMAZING! If you are ever in town or drive by, be sure to give them a try! Believe me when I tell you it is an experience you won't regret!“
“I absolutely love this McDonald's. I used to bring my kids here when they were little and now I'm bringing my grandchildren here. We always have a good time.
