“i didn’t get her name but this older lady was SO sweet and kind. helped me figure out what i wanted and was super patient and made friendly conversation. the food was delicious and will be coming back! the only thing i would say, which isn’t the workers fault, is the table in the farthest corner next to the glass is beyond wobbly and my drink spilled on me because of it. other than that, wonderful experience!!“

“This is from the gods. Horseradish, crispy onions, cheddar cheese roast beef toasted with onions tomatoes and lettuce on white bread this is one of my favorite dines of all time. I will be hungry for this for the rest of my life. The sub I never knew I needed“

“Taco bell is great. This Taco bell is not. Orders are consistently wrong and the service is slow. The food itself is just off mushy rice, overcooked hash browns, and cold food to name a few examples. The last time they charged me full price for my 1$ drink between 2-5pm. The staff is really nice (I'll give them that) BUT drive the extra distance to Hartland.

Update: 2026 I gave this location 1 star forever ago. They got it together. It’s good now so I changed my rating. You know how Taco Bell is always good BUT sometimes there’s that one time it’s the best Taco Bell you’ve ever eaten. It’s that every time now. I bet it’s partially the current staff. They are awesome.“

“Numerous times now when I was at front of drive thru line, the car behind me has pulled up so close behind me that when they receive their order before mine they resort to blowing their horn at me or waving their arms wildly in all directions. “Literally the best. I love big chicken. I get El Shaquito every time. El Shaquito was recently discontinued, and I was sad. The employees recognized me and my friend, and when we ordered the hot shot, they made us a special el Shaquito order. We were overjoyed. If I could leave six stars I would. Thank you. 🙏“

“Order taker; James made this a 4 star instead of a 5. He acted like; i was bothering him with my presence, he didn't greet me , eventhough i said hello, he said nothing. The guy that brought out my order was very courteous. Food was okay...chicken maybe a little over its holding time or over cooked, but ok.“

“Typically, we have a positive experience at the Culver’s in South Lyon. HOWEVER, after placing a simple drive thru order, we waited 25 minutes for the food. There were at least six other cars waiting for their orders as well. THEN, in checking the order before I drove away, I noticed the order was incomplete so went through the drive thru again. Took the manager two trips to our car BEFORE we had everything we ordered. For the delay and missing items, the manager shared two blue poker like chips and he said these are for your troubles today “boss” and walked away. It’ll be a while before we return!“

“I've been to a lot of Qdobas and this one is my favorite. It isn't even the closest one to where I work now, but I still come here constantly for lunch. The employees are super nice and friendly and attentive. The portion sizes are awesome. For example, I often do double protein and here it actually feels like that is what I am getting. If you are nearby and trying to figure out what to eat, I highly recommend this Qdoba. =)“

I'm definitely a lover of the caramel frappuccino! That said this location is really good and one of my regular stops for a caramel frappe! “Dined in for lunch on my way back in town with my husband about a week ago. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by at least 2 people (one being a manager). The staff at the counter also greeted us & took our order with pleasant attitudes. The guy who brought us our food was very kind as well. We were checked on as we dined & someone even came & threw away our trash when we were done. They were conducting a large meeting with what appeared to be new staff in the middle of the restaurant; however, that did not deter anyone from being pleasant & speaking upon arrival or exit. Literally from the moment we entered, we felt valued as consumers. GREAT JOB! This is my favorite location in the area! What you are doing is working & it stands out from other locations!
