“Taco bell is great. This Taco bell is not. Orders are consistently wrong and the service is slow. The food itself is just off mushy rice, overcooked hash browns, and cold food to name a few examples. The last time they charged me full price for my 1$ drink between 2-5pm. The staff is really nice (I'll give them that) BUT drive the extra distance to Hartland.

Update: 2026 I gave this location 1 star forever ago. They got it together. It’s good now so I changed my rating. You know how Taco Bell is always good BUT sometimes there’s that one time it’s the best Taco Bell you’ve ever eaten. It’s that every time now. I bet it’s partially the current staff. “i didn’t get her name but this older lady was SO sweet and kind. helped me figure out what i wanted and was super patient and made friendly conversation. the food was delicious and will be coming back! the only thing i would say, which isn’t the workers fault, is the table in the farthest corner next to the glass is beyond wobbly and my drink spilled on me because of it. other than that, wonderful experience!!“

The employees recognized me and my friend, and when we ordered the hot shot, they made us a special el Shaquito order. We were overjoyed. If I could leave six stars I would. Thank you. 🙏“

“For fast-food, it was delicious. I got the olive burger meal ($9.99) and milkshake ($1.20 upcharge). No complaints. Felt great afterwards. The simple interior is like a throwback to the days before I was born. I've never seen such a basic interior. Nevertheless, there was a play space for little kids to enjoy.“

“When it comes to fast food; consistency is key. This McDonalds always makes the order correctly. Filet O-Fish is always fresh. Fries are spot on, and can’t go wrong with a Big Mac. This location is further for me but for the value and consistency of service I have no problem going a couple extra miles for that peace of mind.“

“The best experience in a fast food dine in restaurant that I’ve had an over 10 years. The food was hot to fresh and with the deals that I got I had so much food more than I would get at Kroger. The staff was friendly, polite amazing not even one single complaint not one negative thought not one negative bad feeling they gave me the sauces that I requested. It was such a beautiful experience. I would come here every single time other than Wixom location or any other location.“

“Typically, we have a positive experience at the Culver’s in South Lyon. HOWEVER, after placing a simple drive thru order, we waited 25 minutes for the food. There were at least six other cars waiting for their orders as well. THEN, in checking the order before I drove away, I noticed the order was incomplete so went through the drive thru again. Took the manager two trips to our car BEFORE we had everything we ordered. For the delay and missing items, the manager shared two blue poker like chips and he said these are for your troubles today “boss” and walked away. It’ll be a while before we return!“

“Your staff here is amazing! I visited on May 4 around 9 PM and I’m not from this area but my blood sugar dipped while I was driving home so I stopped by for something quick. I just have to say the service was phenomenal! I work in Food myself and you can really tell that the employees here care about their customers, 10/10 would come back!“
