“Come on, how hard is it to add extra pickles? I even tip these folks. I normally come in, order the #13. And if I want some extra stuff, like pickles or yellow peppers, no problem. But the lady on this evening, I guess, does not follow instructions very well. Which, hey, that's a bummer... Next time, no tip!“

“This is from the gods. Horseradish, crispy onions, cheddar cheese roast beef toasted with onions tomatoes and lettuce on white bread this is one of my favorite dines of all time. I will be hungry for this for the rest of my life. The sub I never knew I needed“

“i didn’t get her name but this older lady was SO sweet and kind. helped me figure out what i wanted and was super patient and made friendly conversation. the food was delicious and will be coming back! the only thing i would say, which isn’t the workers fault, is the table in the farthest corner next to the glass is beyond wobbly and my drink spilled on me because of it. other than that, wonderful experience!!“

“The food here was so good! They make the potatoes into fries in house omg. I get the chicken teriyaki wrap and you can choose to add sautéed mushrooms or onion. The place was clean (not sure about bathrooms as I didn’t go in there) and the service was pretty quick given a bunch of people came in right after us. It’s honestly my go to sub shop I wish we didn’t live so far away.“

“Quiznos has been my favorite for years, but this particular location has been my absolute favorites since I moved out to this area. The owners And employees are so nice, my order is always right and the food is always fresh. Don’t forget about this little gem while you’re out and about around town or At homeon DoorDash, both are great!“

“The fact that they bought out Just Baked has me thrilled! Best cupcakes around and they can be DELIVERED!!“

“I come here for lunch sometimes because they have good deals lately. They’ve had to buy one get one free for MLB promo going on. I had never gone to Firehouse Subs before and I am absolutely hooked. I just got their sweet and spicy meatball sub and I added peppers and it was quite possibly the most tasty sandwich I’ve had in a long time. Staff is always great. There’s a really hard-working woman that seems to have everyone on track. I love coming here.“

“Thanks for making my subs unassembled so I could take them across the state, my family enjoyed them!“

“just love this place every time I stop here also enjoyed see a familiar face Tee she's always pleasant and to know that she is apart of management now was delight keep up the good work charleys“

Cassie was the server, killing it as always. the store was full, and just with one worker cass! she did amazing, all the customers including myself felt good and it was all laughs. amazing, quick service as always! Cassie and Chelsea are two of the best workers I’ve ever encountered love the team! amazing experience as always“

“Visiting home (Novi and surrounding area) for a week we thought we'd pick up a Little Caesar's Pizza but when we shockingly learned they only make LARGE PIZZAS we hotfooted it across 10 Mile Road and ran right into the (new to us) Subway...yay! The lady was lovely and made up my 6" BLT right away and then she was kind and gracious when hubby was trying to make up his mind (he likes almost everything! The lady made perfect sandwiches and we so enjoyed them back in our hotel room!“

“Placed an online lunch order on a weekday. While the place was packed, I arrived about two minutes after the estimate ready time and my food was ready. I wasn't there long, but did not experience any of the rudeness some others have noted nor was the music blasting so perhaps those prior issues were addressed by management.

My order itself was correct and tasty. I will say if you do not want a lot of oil or vinegar you should note that when ordering. My wrap was pretty drenched in it, but frankly I like it that way and had enough napkins on hand.“

“Michelle is absolute gem of a person and she gets my order spot on every time. But beyond that, she is a truly special human being. Amy also is awesome. Thanks for the many well made “Liz Specials”. 10/10, will come again.“

“Grabbing a few sammies before my flight. Best food for long plane flights! Also grabbing a few extras to love up on when I get back home.... where we sadly have no JJ's. Thanks guys and I'll see you all when I come back!

Vegetarian options: They have, but I didn't get.“

“The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is an employee (who I believe was potentially the manager on duty) was wearing her mask below her nose. I didn’t say anything but in the food industry you should really be wearing your masks properly, not all customers will react kindly.“

“Autumn is the main reason that I am giving a 5 star! She was so nice and good to talk to. She was patient and so polite and made my food PERFECTLY!!! You should be the one who trains anyone that works there! They cut the bread wrong most of the time and slop the sandwich together. But NOT Autumn! She does it perfectly like how I did when I worked at subway… how your supposed to do!!! Thank you Autumn!!!! ❤️“

“The service is amazing!!!! I highly recommend this Jimmy Johns over any other sandwich establishment! Kudos to the crew for providing top notch customer service!“

“We just got done eating there. Great service, the subs were made very well and the place was clean. Ashley was our server and she did a fantastic job. She greeted us when we can in, very polite, very professional and our food was delicious. Thank you very much.“

“I honestly have to say Robert was the absolute best tonight!! I got there right around closing time (because i got off work late, i hated being that person but still) and he was so kind, made my sandwich no problem even after he had been closing the line up, definitely will be coming only to this subway even if it’s a half hour drive from my house for Robert!!!“
