The food is usually acceptable, however, if you order add-ons, make sure you got them before the slow as heck delivery driver drives away. It's not a guarantee that what you asked for is in the bag. Today, I placed an online order at 10:15 am, to be delivered at 11:15 am. I did this specifically because this location is not freaky fast, it's freak slow. We love Jimmy John's but we were very disappointed this time. The customer service was not professional. The sandwiches had more bread removed and less Ingredients given in them than any other location I have visited. We ordered 3 different subs: one with extra onions, one with extra picked, and one with light onions. I called and was given to the manager who transferred me to the person who made the sandwich, who she says is the owner. His tone was very patronizing and rude....read full review

This Jimmy johns is my stop occasionally for lunch when I’m on the road and I’ve never had any problems with the people or my food, the crew is fast and amazing at what they do as well as polite and friendly. I appreciate the great sandwiches and great service.
