Great customer service and food. Placed a catering order and just from the busy day I forgot about it. They called me multiple times to ensure I got my order. Subs are always fresh and delicious! Highly recommend this location!
I placed an online order for delivery. I work just across the street, however I was by myself. Minutes after placing the order, it was assigned to an Uber Eats driver. 50 minutes later, the Uber Eats driver was still across the street, not moving, so I called the store. The manager, Ben, immediately knew my order and acknowledged it was sitting there. He offered to bring it to me once his shift ended a few minutes after that. This Jimmy johns is my stop occasionally for lunch when I’m on the road and I’ve never had any problems with the people or my food, the crew is fast and amazing at what they do as well as polite and friendly. I appreciate the great sandwiches and great service.
