If I could sum up in one word what the delivery service from Jimmy Johns it would be ass. This is the last time I ever order online from Jimmy Johns I am 1 mile down the street from Jimmy Johns and it consistently takes an hour for them to drop my food off and that's with me giving them a five dollar tip too literally makes no sense like I don't care how busy you are waiting one hour for a sandwich that takes 60 seconds to make is total bull. And with how close I am, I could literally just walk there and be back with time to eat. Totally unacceptable.

Hours arnt even close to right for this location. 6:00 on Sunday. It would be one thing if the Google hours were just wrong but there isn't even signage on the door indicating what the locations hours are supposed to be.Post a sign with your locations hours upload it as a photo if Google won't update your hours in a timely fashion.

This Jimmy johns is my stop occasionally for lunch when I’m on the road and I’ve never had any problems with the people or my food, the crew is fast and amazing at what they do as well as polite and friendly. I appreciate the great sandwiches and great service.

Update your hours so they are accurate for people driving from a distance. We arrived on a Sunday at 5:40 p.m. and you were closed. It is dinner time. Google says you are open.

Disappointing experience. I ordered two subs for pickup - one of which was for my wife who had literally just given birth not 24 hours earlier. The online order goes through, I go to pick it up, arrive at 8:42PM and the place is closed - lights out, no one inside. I thought, oh man the online hours must be off. They must close earlier than 9PM. But then why was my debit card charged?I call the next morning to cancel the order and mention I thought they were open until 9PM. Guess what? They are supposed to be open until 9PM, but looks like whoever was working the night shift on 10/14/22 decided to pack up early and go home. This was infuriating because every other place is closing and my wife, who’s still in the hospital at this point, is not gonna get her sandwich.Unacceptable.

The food is usually acceptable, however, if you order add-ons, make sure you got them before the slow as heck delivery driver drives away. It's not a guarantee that what you asked for is in the bag. Today, I placed an online order at 10:15 am, to be delivered at 11:15 am. I did this specifically because this location is not freaky fast, it's freak slow. Lo and behold, I looked at the order tracker at 11:15 am, and guess what? My order was NOT out for delivery. I've ordered a lot of food from this location, but now I'm done. Too many food options to put up with slow, inefficient service. It's very telling that this location has all these negative reviews, and not one response from management.
