“Located in the same complex as kroger and gamestop. Wasn't too busy when I was there on a weekday afternoon. Staff was friendly and made the sandwich to order. Good experience and will be back soon. Lots of parking available. You can use the app to order ahead and have it ready for when you arrive.“
“Props to the kid with the long dark hair. You took it like a champ and didn't let it ruin your day when that entitled lazy rude fat lady lit you up for no reason a couple months back. (She was mad at you because she had to wait in line when you were working lunch hour alone) I give her zero stars and you get five.“
“Jaxon is awesome I asked to have him make my sub because he's the best at it but his manager Mia was so RUDE and NASTY to me when I asked for him to make it. I asked three times and she through a fit over it. She should NOT be managing there if you they want to keep people coming there.“
“I usually order on the app so the subs are ready when I arrive. Great staff who are very friendly and on top of things. My personal favorite is the Italian night club sandwich. They have a few spots to sit inside and a drive through. Not a huge parking lot so ypu may have to park next door at ace.“
“First time here to this little gem. The cook used to run an old local well known restaurant that had burned down but kept the food quality with them. Great soup selection and the sandwiches are not your typical sandwich. Great quality ingredients and the bread is wonderful! Can't wait to go back!“
“I have 4 other Tubbys closer to my home but, I drive to the Waterford location because they're the BEST!! the staff is super cool they always have good attituides and they always make your sandwich the correct size no stiffing you on the meat! “I have gotten carry out from here several times. The food is great! There is always only one employee and it's always the same guy. His customer service is some of the best I have ever seen! He is always so friendly! All have to get his name next time so he gets the credit he deserves!Update so ordered carry out. Alex waited on us. My daughter is newly gluten free and they were out of gluten free buns. She was disappointed since this is a struggle to find items she can eat. He was so amazing and accommodated her by suggesting a steak and cheese made into a salad . Every single time I come in here he is just so friendly and positive. “Visited this location for the first time last week. Ended up waiting longer than I should of because they lost my ticket, but they really went above and beyond to make up for it. So no complaints there. Because they lost my ticket my subs did look and feel a bit rushed. They also forgot to put pickles on my husband's subs, but both were still tasty.“
“I visited this little sandwich shop Saturday, 3/2/24, and ordered the #15 American Roast Beef, with a bowl of chicken wild rice soup. My girlfriend ordered the Cuban Panini. Both sandwiches were amazing and I had to force myself from eating my entire sandwich in one sitting. The soup was also really good. I honestly have no complaints about the food, or the service, or the overall dine-in experience. It was all spectacular. The employees were really friendly and looked genuinely happy to take care of everyone. I would highly recommend visiting this sandwich shop if you're in the area.“
